a month agoCompletely unsatisfied. Just left the wash and I’ve given up on ever finding a “drive thru” type car wash that is worth it. The hood of my truck looks worse now than when it went in. Light dust / dirt on the hood from the light showers we had the other day, that comes off easily when you drag your finger across it. Yet a $20 drive thru car wash somehow couldn’t get it off. Save the money and do it yourself or take it to a quarter wash.2 weeks agoThought for that price they’d do inside but the pic’s show they hardly did the outside. The dry and vacuum area, couldn’t get one before the windows dried. I come out to visit my boyfriend every weekend. 2 months ago2 out of 3 washes I’ve been frustrated. I won’t be returning.I paid 25 for deluxe wash and they don’t touch my dash or cup holders? Came home and re vacuumed too. Waste of money
2 months agoThe employees go above and beyond to provide the best service possible to the customer. I recently got my vehicle detailed at this place and they had outstanding prices that matched well with the quality of the service. The staff all were very kind and respectful and my car looks amazing. I recommend checking this place out if you want to get your vehicle looking like it just came straight out the dealership!a week agoDon’t expect your car to be cleaned after paying for a car wash here. For the most expensive diamond car wash, your windows will still be dirty and they won’t touch your dash, cup holders anything. Honestly the worst car wash I’ve ever had. I pointed this out to them and like others have said they will try to upsell you for a full detail and wont do anything else. I don’t expect a full detail , but I don’t expect my car to look almost the same as when I came. I won’t come here again. My car doesn’t feel clean and now I’m washing it myself again.a month ago$90.00, my windows were streaked, the vacuum job sucked, but the door panels, dash and center console were clean. But for the price, I could have paid my 20 year old kid 40 and been much happier with the result. I won’t be back.a month agoWorse experience ever at a car wash! Purchased “Gold Car Wash”. I sat on the bench outside and within 5 minutes flagged me that it was done. The inside was as if they did nothing. I called the guy over and pointed out that it looked like they did nothing inside. All he could do is give excuses why they “weren’t allowed” to do anything more. Then asked for manager and he was of no help. Should have paid more attention to the bad reviews but I believe in giving another chance. Bad call!

I love all the people that work here they are so helpful and cheerful. I wish they had scanner’s for monthly membership to self serve the mashup of new customers, pay per use, and monthly all arriving at the same moment causes inefficient and ineffective delays with a car wash made for volume. The equipment in the vacuum and dry area is top notch and brand new. Everything works great, except the flow. It’s new. I’ll reluctantly be patient. People from the team lead to the gal spraying only the left side and front of my vehicle (what’s that for😂🤣 bug wash I think and it’s a good thing you can’t get bugs on the right side of a car🤪) have been wonderful and I get their challenges between the corp franchise and franchiser. The monthly membership is the only way to go. I try to use it daily but sometimes I forget. It’s the next best thing to getting your kids to wash it.

Stopped by this place for the first time on my way back home, I do have a membership. It was very clean, the people out front were very nice and made great suggestions. What looked like a manager named Anna, seemed very nice in saying hello to us and very good in speaking with her staff that was taking in the customers.
I’ll definitely make a stop at this particular spot when I go through that way again.

****Update***
I was asked to complete the original review before entering the car wash to qualify for the Ceramic Duck Experience. They were giving a free trial experience for a review. I agreed because I thought I would experience the car wash FIRST and leave a review about it; however, as I tried to drive in, I was informed that I would need to leave the review first. It was awkward having someone standing over me as I wrote the review. I felt so pressured to click 5 stars as the attendant stood at my window watching me.
So I put a general statement and went through the car wash.
1) I did not get the Ceramic Duck experience
2) I had to go through the car wash a second time because my windows were still dirty
3) I had to inform the attendant that I did not see a difference in the car wash and that it did not seem like an upgrade.
4) When I went back through the car wash a logo went across my windshield that displayed a ceramic duck logo that had not appeared the first time (sad face)
Overall, I love this car wash, but this isn’t the first time I received a downgraded car wash and had to go through a second time because there are truly notable differences between each car wash experience.
What I am paying for is the experience, and I wish I would not get ripped off from time to time because that is not in the contract!
