5 months agoWas a member at this car wash when they first opened. They would be open for a week and then closed for a half a day to repair new equipment. Then open for 2 weeks and closed a day etc. Take 5 took over, found a foundation issue and replaced the guts of the place.I took my daughters small car through to see if improvements have been made. I was not impressed. No prewash of the vehicle, many spots still left on the car above drivers window and the roof of her car. I understand the spots on the very back, but not the rest. Their tire shine is lackluster, completely missing 2 tires and only getting half of another (see pictures). What tireshine actually made it on the drivers side was splashed toward the door.
Their membership for 2 cars is $60 when we pay 50 at Custer and Virginia. There are no rags to wipe off overspray, the air compressor to blow out the vehicle was still broken from before they took over(north side 3 or 4 slots west of the trash cans).
This location is in the perfect spot for 95% of my travel, but I can’t spend good money for a lackluster job provided.
Hopefully they will fix some remaining and continued issues. I gave them three stars as it’s possible they could’ve done a better job on a vehicle larger than a Honda Civic.
3 weeks agoI recently visited this car wash, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The price was definitely worth it for the outstanding service I got. My car came out looking spotless, and it smelled amazing too! I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for a top-notch cleaning service for their vehicle. I’ll definitely be returning for my future car cleaning needs. Great job!a week agoI purchased a monthly membership, went through the wash and attempted to vacuum but they were not working. Nothing was told to any of the customers about this. Disappointed for sure. I feel I should be credited. Others received a refund and I got nothing. I feel the workers are lazy. Other car washes spray your wheels and other parts of your car before you drive through. Didn’t happen. They sit and watch. As I said, I was very disappointed. I’m not from the area but they definitely made me feel welcomed 🙏🏽a week agoWe’ve been a member at this location for years and just cancelled our membership today. They closed down for 6 months (w/out any communication to members) to “renovate” but opened back up with what appeared to be minimal improvements. Now the vacuums have been out for 3+ weeks again with again no communicated plan to fix. There are too many good options nearby to keep tolerating their lack of communication and promptness in fixing their equipment.

a year agoI come to this car wash all the time and it doesn’t matter if I get their most basic wash or their most expensive detail it’s flawless every single time, and this place is extremely well managed by a lady named Ana and she has put together an unbelievably awesome team of people that do a fantastic job detailing cars. Great job Ana!2 months agoThis is a great place if you need a quick wash! $10 for a basic wash, and they provide towels by each vacuum spot (love this) And Tino is awesome! He came by to clean my tires, which I was happy about because I hate drying those. He was extremely helpful and his smile is infectious. I have had a membership at the McKinney location for about a year now, and have seen several different faces come and go. However, there is always one, outstanding, gentleman named Doug that has always gone above and beyond to make sure every single customer is very well taken care of. He is extremely patient, kind, helpful, and always has such a joyous smile to brighten your day!! He is by far the best and hardest worker I have seen at any “hands off” type of customer service establishment in a very long time! Doug even helps to coach some of the younger workers that seem to have some issues or questions to try and better themselves for success.
I hope y’all do everything you can to keep Doug here and happy all the time!!
I am a huge fan, and he is the reason why I continue to wash my truck here.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I travel weekly and love that I can go anytime to wash my car inside and out! Such a great price and they are located in Austin and Dallas so that’s awesome too! They also give you free air freshener, rags and cleaner to use!
Be careful when you visit this car wash. Yesterday (13th August) had my worst experience where I took my Brand new Mercedez C300 for a car wash and their machinery broke my Gas Tank cover as you could see. The Gas Tank Lid was completely locked and was not open , but somehow while my car was being washed , I get a notification on my Dashboard stating “Fuel Tank Open”. I let the car wash completed and then when I stepped out and looked and found that the Lid was completely broken. When I spoke with them about this , they are just coming and handing me the broken part with no apologies. I had to ask them how is this going to be compensated ? Who is gonna pay for this ?
That is where they said they will check with their insurance company and then took my details. Sad part is this $10 Dollar wash costed my to loose my Fuel Lid Cover of my brand new Mercedes and also couple of weeks as I cannot drive my vehicle to office with such condition as the fuel tank is accessible with no safety.
This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
Also on top of it they said their insurance company will contact me within 3-4 weeks. They also dont have any way to escalate this and make this priority which is very disappointing as that is a huge time frame to wait.
