Vacuum is also available.3 months agoAnd absolutely terrible disgusting messy car wash with drug use in the parking lot all the time. it’s $15 for a 5 minute do it yourself wash. It’s just an all around terrible place. The parking lot is so dirty the trash is never empty the vacuums never work. And again The drug use in the parking lot is really bad and I’m not just talking like marijuana. It’s just a very bad Car wash and absolute rip-off of a price for $15 It literally looks like A dumpster just emptied out across the entire parking lot. Not to mention all the homeless people digging through the trash bins and the donation bins that are always all over the place. I feel bad for the one guy cleaning it all because he is trying his best but there’s just simply not enough people working there to keep it looking good and everything functioning properly. It used to be a good car wash about 4 or 5 years ago but it’s changed so much I don’t know if there’s new owners but it’s just gone downhill really bad. I think it’s also the area in general is just gone downhill. It’s really sad actually think about it.a month agoThis is the worst car wash place I have ever been to. It does not deserve a 1- maybe a minus0. The first bay I went into, I put money in via coin and then a credit card and nothing worked. No sign outside the bay saying “OUT of Order.” The second bay I tried worked but for only five minutes. I and discouraged that basically I wasted money twice. One time nothing worked, not wash, foam brush or rinse. I was not thinking to actually try another bay.This is a rip off.3 months agoGood people running the car wash, terrible population surrounding it. The employees are all very understanding and helpful, doing their best to keep the car wash in shape. But there are too many people dumping their garbage on the grounds when a dumpster is two feet away from them. If this team was in a better environment there would be no question as to how good their services are.5 months agoThis location has a car wash and a laundromat. I went to this place to wash my clothes today and apparently the power had been put before my boyfriend and I got there. The washer got locked and we could not take our clothes put for about 20 minutes. The one employee that was working called the owner several times with no response. She opened a power box, it was unmarked, then called another employee and she didn’t know what to do). My boyfriend ended up climbing onto the washer to unplug it. That didnt WORK! We move on to the dryers and tried using my boyfriend’s card 2 times. The employee tried with a card provided by the business and it didn’t work. The employee said it’s because of the power. Then she says those machines don’t work and sometimes the owner has to make adjustments to them. The owner finally calls back and talks to my boyfriend…then explains to the employee how to fix the problem. The whole ordeal set us back a good 30 – 40 minutes. As we’re folding our clothes the owner comes in….never apologized, didn’t ask if he could do anything for the inconvenience…NOTHING. Not going there again. I won’t even mention my last visit to the car wash. Poor management. Broken down equipment. Ridiculous!

3 weeks agoThe worst car wash I’ve ever had. I paid 40 bucks. When I was driving I noticed the car still had my dogs nose prints all over all the glass. When I stopped I saw that my car wasn’t actually cleaned. ??? Everything was still dirty. I reached out via email asking to be refunded, and was met with silence. No response. Photos attached. They lost a longtime customer today. Skip this place. I absolutely did not need it detailed lol. I needed what I get twice a month for years. This day they didn’t do it. Was sent out in five minutes lol. I requested a refund and got a ridiculous response. I’ll pass it along to everyone I know.a week agoStopped in today because my car desperately needed to be cleaned inside and out, and I hate vacuuming it myself. I got the Ultimate Wash for $44, and added in the wheels for $8. For $52 plus a tip, I feel like my car was detailed. It’s beautifully clean, and they even vacuumed the hay out of the back end. They took the rubber floor mats out of the car and scrubbed them. My car looks like new again!2 months agoGot the full detail. Dropped the car off Saturday to pick it up the next day. Came to pick my car up and its still filthy on the outside. Asked about it and was told “the detailer who worked on it isn’t even here-sorry” Interior looks good but $260 dollars later I should have got what I paid for. Update: they made it right, car looks brand new again. Thank you for making it right! I will be back!9 months agoThis is what you get after being a loyal customer to this place for nearly 10+ years. I went in for the routine wash and vac I always get. My window had no damage prior to entering this place. After they finish washing and vacuuming, I notice the window is damaged and cracked. I spoke to one worker who told me to speak to the lady who works at the front desk. She tells me to speak to the individual who vacuumed the car then proceeds to tell me yes my window was cracked already prior to arrival when she does nothing but sit at the front desk for payments. The man who vacuumed my car told me I already had a damaged window while smiling the entire time to which I told him I did not. So now I must take this to small claims because clearly these people think they can damage cars and get away with it.a month agoWould definitely recommend, they did a great job detailing my car, made it look brand new. Friendly staff, great service and prices.

I used self service vacuum and a washing Bay on the second hotest day this year today .I got there at 10am.The card reader on the vacc didn’t work until the third swipe. The owner did nothing but harass me kept
starring at me yelled at me for swiping 3 times until the vacc turned on. Came over to me and my vehicle hung up the vacuum when I wasn’t done using it and even yelled at me to exit the bay so that someone else could use it!!! Never HAVE I ever experienced something like this. I was not load. I did not bring a bunch of trash I did not abuse Time!!! And was told if I don’t like his attitude or his rules not to come back. I definitely will not be returning back here or my car which is nice🙂👍👌😎Guys a loser and just wants your money!

I brought my car here for the first time for a basic wash and the tunnel wash cleaned my car perfectly without a scratch. I was so ahppy with my expereince, I brought my wifes car foa a wash the next day. This is my new go to wash our cars place! I highly recommend it!
About the monthly unlimited pass. To wash the car anytime every time anytime. And it’s only actually once per day. They don’t tell you that
Starting to notice my cars been getting scratched up from the auto wash. Probably doesn’t clean it very good. I have the pass but now I think I am going to cancel.
