2 months agoIt sucked,they missed tho whole bottom of the doors and fenders. Also 4 cars that showed up after me Went before my vehicle.4 months agoTerrible service and they do a horrible job. Forget to vacuum, clean and wipe down areas in the car. Leave my bumpers soaked. Plan on wiping your car down when you get home. If you say anything to them they make you wait even longer and take cars through that came after yours. Sorry i bought a pack of coupons.7 months agoJust got back from driving in the snow. The truck was dirty by the time the staff finished, truck looked new. Awesome job, very quick service as well.a year agoCame back from a trip to have the car cleaned. I was charged for an oversize car Honda Pilot (never charged before). The back of the car was not vacuumed very well at all. Dirt left in the rubber door seal and on the carpet. Under the front seats weren’t cleaned and debris not vacuumed up between the seats and floor area. Center console and door plastic parts were not wiped down and cleaned well. Definitely the worst service I have ever had here.4 years agoI paid $60 and had to go back are still wash some spots they missed. They hardly touched the wheels or the inside and the wax job wasn’t finished.

Car wash cycle was pretty quick and the blow dryer at end was powerful and Car got pretty dry. I would recommend.10 months agoTried it as I need a touchless car wash, very convenient, good price, but not sure it’s tuned very well. It didn’t actually wash my doors. Roof clean, hood clean, hatch area semi clean, but it missed the doors, had to wash it again when I got home. Again I think it just needs a bit more tuning to be as good as other “similar , if not identical touchless washes in the area”3 weeks agoThis is a clean gas station however the men who are behind the counter aren’t too friendly.

I have seen many exotic cars here, 4×4’s packed with thick mud/clay & they leave looking Amazing. The yearly package is just under $600month for unlimited washes, and I couldn’t be happier. 😆 🤣 😂
Coming from another state I though it was only external cleaning while I would handle the interior but the basic package includes interior as well. I payed $32, waited 20 min, and was serviced at 9:10am (10 min after opening time) on 12/26 (one day after Christmas). No complaints. (I have a mini van)
Stopped by today and got very fast and qualitative, also free car wash. Was pleasantly surprised, first thought that they were closed when heard about issues with the system but got a free service instead.
so frustrated with this place… I love the value they bring my car but the total customer experience isn’t fun. their internet is so slow and I can’t get any work done while im here and that really deters me from even wanting to come, because when you get here you sit and wait for you car. But I can’t do anything while I sit and wait because there isn’t any wifi and I can’t even load a webpage. Also their lobby and waiting area is so run down, their drink selection and car accessory selection is really weak and no one is inside watching the store! I will happily change this to a 5 star if the wifi can get adjusted and they clean up their store
