4 months agoAfter 4000road miles up and down the Rockies my car had tons of road grime. Tremendous job getting me clean with only one pass! Yea, the car wash is awesome but now adays to me it’s the service and this car wash has it in spades. They are always smiling, they all go out of there way to wave to you, to say hi or where permitted to say a few kind words. I had a issue and 2 people hurried out to solve it in a kind, professional manner. Very rare these days. So, thank you Mister.a month agoLove the vacuums here. It’s always clean and the vacuums are always working properly when I go. The best feature is the compressed air hoses they have to use to blow out the particles that get down deep in the carpets and upholstery. The carwash does a great job on my car and I feel like I have a brand new vehicle when I leave. Friendly staff and good prices as well.4 months agoAbsolutely frustrating experience tonight. I should have known when the car in front of me left before entering the wash.Upon arrival I asked for my car to be sprayed before entering which I was told the wand/sprayer was broken and that I’d be the last car through before they shut the wash down for a break to fix it (this was true and they did shut the wash down around 6pm).
As I was going through the wash there was no soap, just water and clear coat and dry. As I drove around and they were shutting down, the employee running the stations told me that “all their soap is clear so you definitely got get soap.” There was no foaming soap applied or on any of the spinning brushes as per the normal.
The employees phoned the lead in charge and said he’s meet me at the vacuums to what he called a “dry wash”. 20 minutes of vacuuming and waiting the manager, shocker, he never came. Waste of 18 dollars, and I even left a tip! Go to the new wash East of Mister by 1/4 a mile and have a better experience. Unfortunately won’t be coming back to Mister.
2 months agoWent back for a refund and was told it would be back on my card in 3-5 days. It’s been weeks. I’ve called, I’ve gone by the location twice. I’ve been told I will receive a call from management and that hasn’t happened. so basically they kept $20 from me and canceled my membership. So I’m out $20 and can’t even wash my car for the 30 days I already paid for! Don’t waste your money here..

4 months agoI REALLY REALLY want to give this car wash 5 stars!!! It’s a great wash! The car wash itself works great, the vacuums work great, the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately though, a few issues have forced me to leave a review, which I will fix if these issues are resolved. First: 50% of the time I’ve come here since I moved to Farmington and began my subscription two months ago, DURING BUSINESS HOURS, they’re closed. Second: My subscription amount unexpectedly raised this month by $15. I’ve taken the time to come hear 3 times to resolve the issue and every time the lobby has been closed because they’re understaffed. Third: The towels! I have been to MANY car washes across several states and during the summer they all pull the towels from the dryer while they’re still slightly moist because they absorb water better. (Other Take 5 car washes also do this!) The style of microfiber towels they use S U C K when they’re bone dry. They just repel and smear the water all over the place. While I typed this message DURING business hours 6 other cars have also pulled up and left disappointed.6 months agoSeth is always here and extremely helpful. Has even given me a couple free air fresheners and always goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of us customers. Great service if you’re looking for it! 5 stars!in the last weekIt was a great place until its owners changed. The staff on-site has always been great, so when I attempted to address an issue with my membership, they referred me to the corporate office. The only way to contact the corporate office is through email because they DON’T even have an office in Utah. I tried to contact them several times to solve the issue, but they never even bothered to respond. It is always disheartening to feel dismissed and unheard of as a customer who has consistently supported this business since the previous owner.You replied to my review, but it was only to pretend that you really cared since I have emailed and left you several voice messages, but no response from you guys yet. You have my account information, including my phone number. Next time just call me instead of replying to my review.
3 months agoI’ve been going to take 5 for a couple months now. Their employees are very accommodating and pleasant. I am throughly satisfied with how my car looks after the wash and I love the opportunity to get my mats cleaned! Ava helped set me up for a membership and overall was so patient with my millions of questions. Highly recommend giving it a shot!5 months agoCam was the ONLY employee doing anything the whole time I was there. Seth is not the great employee that the reviews are saying. Went through 2 times and they still couldn’t get my windshield clean. Also my side windows were not clean. For almost 30.00 ceramic wash you would think it’s better or worth the money.
This quick quack is in ROUGH shape. It’s probably due to poor management or not enough support from the corporate level. The car wash was underwhelming, (granite I did get the cheap one, so maybe I just paid for water & automated brushes. So maybe the play is to get the most expensive wash) I say that because after a wash it barely removed any of the car window markers I had on my back windshield. Upon going to the vacuums, that’s where I noticed it was in bad shape. Most the vacuums don’t work, and several are just unplugged and laying on the ground. I saw several people other then myself, park & then have to drive to another spot with working vacuums. This location could really use a tune up. Maybe they missed a schedule maintenance or something, or it could be negligence. Initially there were no towels available for use, but after myself & another gentleman went and told staff they were low on towels, one young man employee, brought out towels to restock. We appreciated that prompt service. Seems like most of the problems are with upper management putting off maintenance.
UPDATE: the owner reached out to me personally, and took care of the damage. I’m changing my rating to reflect this.
Initial review: The brush that rolls along the cars caught both of my side mirrors, pushing them forward breaking my passenger side mirror. The kid that I reported it to said they don’t take responsibility for broken mirrors. My car is a 2016 Chevy Traverse with all factory installed mirrors. NEVER have this problem at the Bountiful & Woods Cross locations. Thanks for the expense, Quick Quack. I pay a lot of money to be an unlimited member. It’s sad they don’t look after their customers.
First time through this car wash. My truck mirrors were slammed forward and backward by the spinning brushes. My right mirror was broken and split in two (see pictures) They filled out an incident report and told me someone would call within 3 days. 5 days later and still no call. I tried calling them and I just get some service that takes down the same information And I was again told they would get back to me in 3 to 5 days. My truck is a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. It’s practically brand new. When they took the initial incident report, they told me they would only cover it if the vehicle was less than 3 years old. I would careful consider that if you use this car wash. I may update this if they get back to me. As of right now I would not recommend this place.
This location seems to have newer equipment in the wash than a few other locations at least, and I prefer it over others in my travel area.
Staff is very fast to check you in and guide you into the wash.
They don’t always have dash wipes on hand, but are always willing to grab one or two for me.
Wash is always great on my early 2000s vehicle and never has caused damage.
My only gripe is the 50/50 chance of the vacuums having any real use.
