2 months agoBest place for doing laundry, washing your car, grabbing water, hitting the ATM, and getting things done. Mud slingers bay is great for when I’ve been playing in the mud. I think there is even a place to wash your dog here. (Not sure) Well, get your butt over there and see for yourself. The staff is even very helpful, and I think they know or 2 secrets of the Lawton… (just teasing), but what would it hurt to ask?5 months agoThis was the first time we used Pat’s wash tub. We arrived with about 10 loads of laundry. There were quite a few cars there so we were worried we might not get our clothes all finished. Boy were we wrong! Lots of HUGE capacity machines. Lots of smaller capacity machines. The machines operate with a laundry card that you can load with your debit card or cash. There is an attendant on duty if you have problems. The card cost 1.00 the first time but it’s reloadable. We used the biggest capacity dryers when washers were finished. All clothes were clean and dry and we were back home with all of our laundry in just 2 hours. We are definitely doing our last laundry here more often. They’re tubs are maintained extremely well, and there is alot of washers and dryers.5 months agoVery clean, plenty of washers and dryers, lady working was very friendly and helpful. Money does go on a card so no quarters. Vending machines has laundry supplies as well as one for snacks. There is a drop off drive through for laundry. Also has a conjoining car wash.3 months agoGreat place to have large comforters get cleaned. They’ll even wash, dry and fold it for you, for a price of course nothing unreasonable though.

3 months agoThey have great customer service. But now I’m missing the silver piece to the rack on the roof of my car!!! I called them and it says the number isn’t in service. I don’t live in lawton, now I have to drive all they way back there in hopes they have my missing piece. Im not happy about this, this has never happened to my car before3 years agoPaid $16 for this.I mean come on, the center of my wind shield was missed completely. The back of my vehicle was hardly touched, especially my rear wind shield. I really did expect better from them.. 😔
2 years agoAfter 24 hours you can’t tell that you even washed your car.. I used the I used the $16 car wash.. They require that you tuck in your mirrors so my windows did not get cleaned, there are wet marks All over my truck and the tire shine doesn’t look very shiny at all. The wet cloth they wipe your car down with after exiting the car wash left wet marks all over my vehicle. Not happy, not satisfied, not worth your money.a year agoDo not waste your time or money here. This place is horrible. 2 passes thru on a 19$ wash.6 months agomy truck’s paint loves this placeUpdate: this place got sold, and it’s not the same! They didn’t pre soak like they used to, and they no longer have people at the end to towel dry your vehicle. This was the first time I ever drove out of this carwash, and my truck was still dirty. I won’t be back, and frankly, I don’t see it being in business very long.
UPDATE UPDATE: So apparently they are doing the right thing and tearing it all down for a completely new carwash. When it’s finished, I’ll check it out and do an update update update

If you want your vehicle damaged by all means use this car wash. My vehicle had been through this car wash several times with no issues. I paid for a $25 wash. All I got was a damaged truck. Manager said “Not his problem, and it must have been loose or something.” I have this manager on a recorded phone line stating he watched the car wash’s camera system and their equipment did indeed hit my truck. This car wash was a member of the BBB.org. I submitted a complaint with pictures and the car wash owner and or manager refused to respond. Insurance was contacted and sent my vehicle to their authorized repair facility. I was quoted $2219.00 to fix the truck and that did not include a new headache rack that’s made with heavy duty steel. 1/8″ plate is what was attached to the truck and bent. See photo below.
I paid for a $25 platinum car wash and after having driven up to the front of the line, I was informed that the car wash was going to break my bike rack. And then I said I don’t want to break my bike rack, so I will back up and I would like my money back. The cashier did not want to ask the cars lined up behind me to back up, so she said they could move some of the brushes apart at the end of the car wash and would that be acceptable? I said yes as long as I was still going to get a car wash. The vehicle was not rinsed at all. Then in drying lane instead of rinsing it they wiped it down with soap on it. I asked for my money back from the cashier and the manager and was told no by both. I will never give them my business again.
It’s been a while now that service on this car wash has been going down. First, the people that spray your vehicle before you go in do not spray enough at the front of the car to get a good clean grille, the automatic one can only do so much and it doesn’t pick up everything at the front. And also the vacuums don’t work that well, they only have enough suction to pick up some stuff and not all of it.
The place is just ok but I believe they can do way better.
Attention to detail. You guys are too used to taking short cuts. If you gonna dry it off then dry it off, don’t just spread it around. Also look before you just walk out in front of the cars. I really like this car wash it’s just things aren’t what you what you advertised
