I’M GIVING THEM A 1 STAR RATING EVERY CHANCE I GET! THEY SCRATCHED AND DENTED MY CAR, ONLY TO TELL ME A WEEK LATER, THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE, SAYIN THAT THE TUNNEL DID NOT MALFUNCTION! NOW AS I WRITE THIS, I’M SITTIN STUCK IN THE TUNNEL BECAUSE IT HAS MALFUNCTION

Decent place to get your car washed! It has vacuums as well. Would give 5 stars if they offered rags and cleaner liquids for wiping 👀

Paid for a platinum wash service and the sprayers were weak and the all the wrap around brushes seemed like they weren’t spinning fast enough, seemed like all I paid for was a soap and rinse off, the tire shine didn’t even work one side didn’t even get the shine and one tire only got shined on one side of the tire, half of the vacuum hoses we’re missing too

They leave your car nice and clean. They also, allow you to use their vacuum cleaners after the wash.

Have a membership and love being able to wash my car when ever I need it. I do wish it had better drying section, my car and windows/windshield, always has spots all over unless I dry it with a towel.

I’ve been using Mister Car Wash for several years. I have a unlimited membership account with 5 vehicles on them. I’ve never experienced this problem before, but the individual who was directing the cars into the car wash was pushing them together very close. When the brushes attempted to get the front of the car behind me, it caught my license plate and started bending the metal. I went back and talked to them after and they basically told me its not their problem. There is a sign saying they are not responsible.

According to their Damage Disclaimer it states otherwise:

    4.2 Damage Disclaimer

MISTER CAR WASH DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT THE SERVICES ARE SUITABLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE(S). WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF SECTION 4.3 BELOW, MISTER CAR WASH SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE(S) WITH RESPECT TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

Pre-existing damage and loose parts Negligence (driving, steering, braking, etc.) Electric running boards in lowered position Aftermarket and non-factory parts Antennas (please remove or retract) Unsecured personal items Racks (roof and rear) Windshields

They specifically disclaim liability for the items listed above. Do you think a license plate falls under one of those items? I didn’t think so either. Especially one that was properly affixed to the vehicle and not loose. The mere attitude of the employee who didn’t want to take an accountability and couldn’t find the damage disclaimer above was of no help. They did call the manager and gave me his card, and let him know that I would be calling him, so that he could take all of his calls and block them. First ring and straight to a voicemail box that was not setup. Thanks Justin Almaguer, I appreciate your dedication to your customers.

It’s definitely time to cancel our services and find another car wash service in Las Cruces.

Recently I visited the Mister location off Northrise in Rinconada and for the first time, nothing seemed to go right. When I pulled up to the gates, the two on the right (gates 2 & 3), were labeled “Unlimited Members” so not currently being a member I chose the left lane. There was a car in front of me with an attendant tapping on a tablet. I assumed gates 2 & 3 only had code readers and no way to pay so I stayed in lane 1. During my wait, as other customers came in, I noticed that every member using gate 2 needed to get assistance to get the gate opened. The attendant hopped right over to help. I doubt any of them waited more than a minute. At the same time I was starting to feel invisible or at best ignored. After about 8 minutes, I pulled over to gate 3 to try my luck. As luck would have it, there was a payment device so I processed my payment. However, another member had pulled in to gate 2 and the attendant hopped right over to help. My gate opened first but my neighbors opened a split second later, he gunned it and got ahead of me. Now I was hoping he had at least the platinum wash, but I guess he didn’t as the underbody wash/rinse light never went on. My tires were not all the way clean and they did not have the coating on them. My wheel wells were filthy. I went to another attendant in the vacuum area and explained the issue. He told me I needed to go to a different car wash. I asked him “I need to go to two car washes?” He replied with “oh well”. Don’t you think the cost of $23.77 (including tax), seems a little steep for this kind of service? I for one do.

On a side note, when I departed, the car in lane 1 was still there.

Some kind of mishap or malfunction happened inside the car wash, the rollers pushing my vehicle into the truck in front of me and I ended up with damage to my vehicle. The employee seemed nice enough and filled out an incident report with me, told me someone would be in contact within 72 hours. I haven’t heard from anyone since (it’s been over 96 hours) and nobody will pick up the phone at that location when you call. Not only were their washes getting worse in quality and the vacuums not working half the time, but now it’s looking like they try to avoid accountability as well.

Went through the car wash a couple months ago and oil got all over my car from one of their machines.. It was nasty and they couldn’t get it all off.. Its still on my car after countless washes by hand and going through the car wash.. They didn’t care whatsoever and told me they’d give me a free 3 months but they’ve still been charging me.. Horrible customer service especially by the GM

  1. I currently subscribe to the monthly program. It’s worth it just for the ability to wash my car whenever I need it. The only issue I’ve been having of Farrelly l lately is that the back of my Suburban still comes out dirty and needs a good wipe down when I’m done. My kids love the light show as we’re going through. Vacuums and air nozzles are always good, with great suction and good air pressure every time. If you could f just figure out why the back isn’t getting washed, I wouldn’t have any complaints

  2. First and last time here. Paid for the top of line wash even left a 5 dollar tip because I thought there would be 2 people that would spray and use brushes on the front of the car before entering the car wash. WRONG! All there was was a guy who just did a quick spray to the windshield and not even half of the front of the car bumper. The car wash was the quickest wash I had ever been through for the amount I paid. Dead bugs still on the front of the car, not a lot, but they were given a bath and wax so the dead bugs are shining and two parts of my car picked up a couple of areas of paint balls where the machine parts hit the car and I could hear it and feel it inside. Didn’t say anything because at my age didn’t feel like getting out the car to make close up of my whole car before or after. Will NOT use use this place again and will wait for the form letter stating how sorry they are and give them one more chance.

  3. I have a membership, went in today & my truck looked bad, had to wipe it down with my spray away cleaner! Also none of the vacuums were working! The one on Main does much better as far as cleaning my truck Very disappointed! When u first opened, you use to have people spray front, sides & back before entering car wash, that hasn’t happened in months.
I feel because you don’t have a lot of competition you don’t care as much about your customers anymore.

  4. I love Mister Carwash. My car has to be parked outside, I have no carport or garage and I like to try to keep it clean. For the membership it is affordable compared to me just going to a one time pay car wash every time my car is dirty. It saves me money having the membership and I go 2 sometimes 3 times in a week. It cleans my car pretty well but usually my rims and area around my tire- the quarter panels or fenders need a little extra work after I go through but that’s ok because it does a good job otherwise.

  5. Too bad for me. I took my new car to wash there at misters on lujan street in las cruces , nm and it damaged my luggage rack on my car. Now they won’t even talk to me or answer my calls or emails. What a shady business!!
