2 months agoThey have wonderful service, professional people, the prices are reasonable and expedient in washing your vehicle. The only thing I might say is double check the work and inform them if there’s something they didn’t clean and they’re quickly to correct the issue. But try to tell them ahead of time what you want them to focus on and they all accomplish that.2 months agoLove this place. Only place my cars have been going to for oil changes for the past 13 years. Oil service is fast, and you get a free car wash to boot. Even when I don’t need an oil change, this is the place I take my babies to.4 years agoVERY disappointed, I just came from there and got the gold package plus the shampoo for all 4 mats and when i looked at my car there was no tire dressing, it wasn’t properly dried at all it looked like they just left it in the sun, and they even forgot to clean the interior I even had to ask the guy to shampoo my mats because it wasn’t done! I don’t even think they vacummed anything, I have photos to show what I mean. I came to them because of all the great reviews but I feel like I should of gone somewhere else I am so furious I tried looking for a manager but apparently he was on lunch! Alex kept informing me on everything about the car and some suggestions that helped us in the end as this was our commuter car. Overall I couldn’t be more happy always spending time at East Side Car wash. I feel at home here.🙂👍

5 months agoHaven’t been there yet but it has great reviews and one of few like it in this whole area. Open 24/7 and it looks very clean with plenty of bays. Best review for the best vacuum in town. The majority of full service places are in excess of $20 and the ones that are drive thru are in excess of $10 plus additives. These ones tend to scratch paint and rip your antenna off. I’m down with the sprayer and self dry because I like to think I have a relationship with my vehicle with MY OWN personal touch.3 months agoI love this place everything works Even like the car blower to dry off your and blow out your car if you need toa week agoGood self-service car wash. Don’t go this carwash. My tire was damaged, On April and today May 12 the brush broke the plastic left side of my mirror. All the workers unprofessional.

They should closed in Lancaster locations.
Nice people, but it didn’t get my car clean. They agreed to run my car through a second time for no charge but it wasn’t much cleaner. The front of the hood was still covered with bugs and behind the mirrors to the back of the car was never cleaned. If you could let the cars go through slower and give the bristles time to work that would help. For example, after the air blower activated my car was going through so fast that it didn’t dry the car and by the time I pulled around to the vacuum area the car had dried with water spots on it that were hard to wipe off
Update…. as of this date, there is still no response from the company except an auto generated email, which I answered. But crickets from their end. Customer support is not a priority.

Great place for car wash. Various affordable packages are available for unlimited car washes. My favorite packages cost 19.99. For unlimited wash for each car. All handle professionally and friendly manner. I would strongly recommend visiting this place and washing your car. My only recommendation is to upgrade a package for a family with multiple cars at a discount rate, which is a win-win situation for considering overall business outcomes. 🤔 keep.upnthe nice work.
Busy. When I got there, both lines were 6 cars full, and it took a moment to get upfront even with the membership that is supposed to allow me to get through these faster.
