I was extremely pleased with the great job the guys did cleaning the inside of my vehicle. They did a fantastic job of removing the fur and all those dog nose prints that stick to glass like superglue. And then they helped me reload my dog crate. I’ve paid $60 (incl $10 tip) each time. It’s always pretty clean, but without much attention to the details. I always find places they didn’t touch. Interior mostly, but exterior too. It’s close to my office and I keep wishing they’d get better at it, but I’m afraid I’ve lost hope. I’m going to try somewhere else next time.

2 months agoGot a coupon for a free car wash on my birthday from Blue Rain. I used it today. I was given Blue Rain’s best wash. My car looked like it had been hand washed and detailed. It took me 30 minutes at the wash and vacuum. It would have taken me 2 hours to produce the same results doing it at home by hand. Very pleased with the results that I got at Blue Rain.6 months agoExcellent car wash, and reasonable pricing. My only concern with this car wash is I’ve been through there a couple times and I seem to have traces of soap on my vehicles after completing the wash. Other than that it does a really good job and they have really friendly people working there with great attitudes.5 years agoThe free vacuum alone is worth it! You can wash your car for as little as $7.00 (basic wash- many options available)- and then use the free vac for as long as you want. I was fed up with other car washes where you feed quarters into the vac for a set few minutes of time-only to find that the filter is clogged and the vac is weak. After you go through the Blue Rain wash you can pull up to a bank of powerful vacuums and with unlimited use. Free towels for wiping your car are provided. There are free car mat cleaners. A sign says that headlight restoration is on site for an extra fee. A vending machine sells cold drinks and car air fresheners and related finishing items. There is a handicap-accessible restroom near the bank of vacuums. Made my 2001 truck shine like new!a month agoNormally this business is forthcoming with issues but you guys failed this past weekend. The majority of the vacuums didn’t work causing long wait times or no use at all. I would have returned another day if I was told BEFORE going through the wash.3 months agoI love the fact that they have the pre wash and air for tires, but I have the worst luck getting there with their hours.I can’t reply, so I edited – The store in Pelham must not be abiding by the posted hours because the 3 times that I tried to go early in the morning – they had cones out and I could not get in and yes, it was after 7.
