3 months agoWhen pulling in the driveway its uneven, always backed up, and no towels when needed. The staff is a bunch of teens just not really caring. One of them that guides you in the carwash doesn’t really look at the wheels when pulling in and never tells you to put the car in neutral. I’ve been to the one in Miramar and everything is perfect. Not sure what’s up with Hialeah but it needs some work2 months agoMaylin is a go getter. She is very customer oriented and likes her job very much. She tries to help her clients in every detail. So is the rest of the staff here. They like their jobs and it shows, despite the heat, smog and bad customer attitudes. Kudos to this team.9 months agoThe best place in town to wash and detail your car if you are in a hurry. Even when it’s packed, you won’t wait for more than 15 minutes, and the results are great for the money. Inflation raised the price for the basic wash from $8 to $10, but it is still a good deal. The monthly plan is awesome and I will make sure to get it as soon as I can afford it. Staff keeps this place spotless and all vacuums working. People understand they need to be courteous and fast in order to help others and the culture is of tolerance and friendliness. I’ve been to other places where customers are rude and inconsiderate. Never here. Been coming for years and I’ve never seen a conflict. This is exactly the way it should be. No wonder it is the car wash of the Miami Heat!! 10 stars. This place is super cool. You can vacuum your car free before washing it. They have different prices for car wash. It’s safe it’s reliable and it’s fast. Now it’s renovated and they added some neon lights that make the tour a little more fun.
I was the first customer on Sunday, August 14, I don’t blame the employees but the administration. The white liquid that they use before rinsing, apparently is of poor quality and the water did not completely erase it, it has stained my entire car and I had to take it to another place for another cleaning, they should change the machines or the products instead of trying to convince customers to take a membership, thanks

Very nice car wash. It leaves the car super clean, and the vacuums are powerful. They have memberships which allows you one daily wash. See representative Aned for a membership, she will explain how everything works perfectly.
I had and incident last Friday on the 49st Hialeah location.
An object went under my car into the car wash tunnel and damaged a lower cover. The incident occurred inside the car wash with an object foreign to my vehicle.
The manager who treated me has tried to evade all possible responsibility. This is a case of business misconduct. They told me that anything that damages my vehicle they will ignore it.
