3 months agoThe people are great and helpful but new mngmnt caused massive price increase. $15 for basic wash is too much. If you want wax or tire shine, upwards of $25 to 30. At that price I’ll have it hand washed or just do it myself. The money isn’t worth the wash anymore. Sorry my opinion only.5 months agoThat awkward moment when the workers ask if you want to leave a tip. Ten dollars is the cheapest, doesnt clean that well and half the vacuum hoses are missing. 8 months agoDon’t waste your money coming to this car wash. Nothing works there, it was so frustrating to not being able to use the vending machines because they were out of service and most of the vacuum’s we’re missing or not hardly any suction. I had to move my car to 3 different vacuum stations in order to get the full service as advertised.

a month agoThis car wash is not worth your time or money. Let me start with the quality of the wash. Your car will go through and still come out dirty. This car wash basically throws water on your car but doesn’t actually clean anything. Customer service here is TERRIBLE. I came here September 22nd and the man working was extremely rude. Not to mention I was giving this place another chance because a few times before I had rude experiences. But I gave them benefit of the doubt and tried again. But nope. I wouldn’t use this wash even if it was free. Save your time and your money.a week agoBunch of weirdos, They think they own my business. Went yesterday to check up on my business & now they want to say that I’m not the owner . Got the cops called on & I got arrested & on top of that got my truck impounded . They have been stealing from me & they have been spending my money , they have no dignity & no respect for my business. I ask the community to help get these criminals out of there & the manager is never there! I’m forsure filing a law suit against them. Need help in contacting the park family…4 months agoOn June 5th, 2023 I arrived to Express 5 minute Carwash in Hesperia (14076 Main St, 92345). Upon entering the car wash tunnel, a large sign fell over and dented my vehicle. I immediately reported it to the manager, Ivan Galicia. Ivan apologized and said he would repair my vehicle. He gave me a business card to a paintless dent removal business and told me to buy touch up paint and paint the car myself. I was not ok with putting touch up paint on my car since I don’t paint cars for a living. The following day I called Ivan to get a resolution. He completely changed his tone and said he was no longer willing to fix my vehicle. I immediately went to the place of business and asked to see the video footage. I have video footage of the sign hitting my vehicle. I have an audio recording of Ivan admitting to the sign hitting my car. I also have a written statement by the business admitting the sign was only “leaning” on my car. -They damaged my vehicle and admitted to damaging my vehicle. They accepted responsibility and were willing to fix it. The following day they denied damaging my car. I had to get law enforcement and insurance involved. The manager Ivan is very rude and confrontational. He did nothing to try and remedy the situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.3 months ago4 stars because the car wash does a good job for as fast as it is. Leaving one star off for now due to the vacuums not having great section or at least the one I used and the girl at the entrance of the wash. I thought I had my car in neutral but accidentally put it in reverse and she had an attitude instead of understanding my mistake..which I quickly fixed. Mistakes happen. Wow.4 months agobeen going there since it was $5. this place doesn’t get a lot of attention, yet it’s a smooth & well operated experience . They just get you in n out in quick time with a great drive away finish. . love dat. Thank you to Xpress Car Wash for years of keeping my classic Lincoln impressive.

Clean, organized, and safe.

Prices are expensive for a single time wash. Also; water pressure is not enough to remove all the dirt.

This is my closest and favorite location. I have the good membership and it’s been worth the use. The wash is simple and fast. Depending on the time there’s always vacuums available. Nick and all the other staff are always friendly.
Robert is the best and is always friendly, greeting me with a big smile every time I visit Quick Quack! ☺️ love coming here because of the customer service and the spotless car wash. I would definitely recommend his place.
