3 weeks agoNever again… this is my first and last time here. I paid full service inside and out. The guy told me it would only be 10 minutes. It’s 20 minutes later and they still have not touched my car because these teenage kids move so slow to clean out peoples cars and they move like they don’t want to be here… all the water spots have dried on my car already because they did not hand dry like the service says…Worse full service I’ve been to. No sense of urgency at all… I will never come here again.6 months agoMy first exprience with Auto bell could have been better. The crew half cleaned interior, and had to ask to remove some trash, revaccum, and wipe over better, and again and again. Didn’t get my van scented and to much in a hurry. Whats the point in paying for a full package and they not deliver!? They were respectful yet still tipped. Pictures attached are floor mats that they only Wiped not cleaned, cubbie compartments not wiped, water bottle under the seat and could of vacuumed better.2 months agoWell first of one of the guys was yelling at me to move which I was in the wrong and I apologize but he didn’t have to scream! Second they did not do a good job on the inside. I have beige interior an by the door handle on the inside I had to tell them to clean it. I wasn’t pleased at all! They vacuumed good an did the outside excellent but need better improvement for the inside. I still gave them a 20 tip bcuz I know how hard they are working an hottttt as well! But if I do go back I will tell them I was pleased on the inside an encourage an show them exactly how I want them to do it.3 months agoWent to this location with my husband earlier this morning. We both remarked and how efficient the operation was. They were very busy but all of the employees were clearly focused and working with a purpose; and we were in and out in no time. We were very satisfied with their service. Thank you.3 weeks agoVery bad experience, they didn’t do a good job of the cleaning inside, they rushed for the next customer, I still tipped the cleaner but I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place

Interior- Mega Package Exterior- Platinum Package
Total spent: Appox $50. Well worth it.
Time waiting: 45min. For this level of work, it’s what I expected so no issue there.
Without paying hundreds for a true detail, this is about as close as it gets. Overall score: 95/100.
Great results, friendly staff with a very clean and comfy waiting area.
Only a couple of oversights on the interior cleaning, but again this isn’t a true detail. You definitely get a bang for your buck here.
6 months agoI paid for the $50 service which is interior & exterior (up from$27). After the exterior wash they try and convince me to come back to have the interior done because it might take awhile. I explained that I can’t do it at another time and don’t mind waiting but if they want to refund me the interior portion of the fee that would work too. The manager walked over and said it wasn’t possible to refund me a portion. He said it may take an hour or more to get the interior cleaned. I said that’s fine it always takes at least an hour. After an hour he said my car was done. He seemed very unhappy that I had wanted the interior cleaned. He stated “it’s impossible to get all the dog hair out but at least it looks better than it did”. I quickly glanced at the carpet and left. Later I noticed that many areas were not cleaned, as shown in the pictures. I should hope it looks better than it did for $50! Poor attitude and poor service!2 months agoThe young man who detailed the inside of my vehicle was a stalwart pro. I didn’t see a name tag so I could only hope to describe him approximately 6 feet tall, hair styled the way Marshawn Lynch used to have his but shoulder length not down to center spine. I offer that because I’d love for him to get kudos or some sort of recognition: I’ve been to Mega Auto Spa numerous times and it’s always a 5 star experience. What stood out with this young man is that as I watched him work (from where I was seated I saw him and the team) I saw the attention to detail he gave to the inside drivers front and back seats/doors. He was exceptionally thorough and most importantly gentle! He didn’t apply maximum pressure as he went about his service. Also – I had a few questions before he began and after he finished. Both times he was patient without taking an inordinate amount of time to explain things to me and I also specifically asked about the way the tipping protocol worked. I was so impressed that I wanted to recognize him individually. He made a point to explain the team dynamic and how that process worked there such that when I tried to give him a tip himself he explained that’s not how it works there. If I were running a business, this young man’s integrity would be the kind I want in a leader/manager running things when I’m not present. I wasn’t trying to give him a life changing $20,000 sum but it was significant. All that to say I was impressed by both his professional competence and personal integrity. A+, 5 stars, 10/10 will definitely return again – all the superlatives apply.3 months agoGood place for a quick wash. Hit or miss on the internal cleaning. Some of the members treat your car as if it were their own, others were too bothered to clean, wipe down, or attention to detail of the tires and rims. I still recommend but pay attention to who’s doing your vehicle.2 years agoI have always loved this car wash, and would go out of my way to use it. What I was unaware of is the fact that they will not cover damages caused by the car wash, if your vehicle is over 7 years old! The air dryer is very strong, and ripped my overhead 3rd brake light completely off! The manager stated that there is a disclaimer sign that states that they will not cover damages to vehicles over 7 years old. I personally have not seen this sign, and never expected damages from a car wash! This car wash would of cost as much as $800 for repairs, but thankfully my husband is handy, and ordered the part for $400. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware. If I had known this, I would never of used the car wash! My daughter also said that the air dryer was so strong tgat it made her new vehicles sunroof leak.

Went in and felt as if my car was not clean enough. Mr. Kieth and another young woman associate came right out and assisted me with my wash and gave me another complimentary wash for satisfaction! I’ll definitely be back. The have the air detailing tool with the vacuum so it made my work vehicle clean super easy. Thank you you all.
My first time here and the experience made me feel like I was at home! Keith’s customer service, smile and genuine fun to every car that came through, especially in this heat, was like no other! I truly don’t know when the last time was I came across someone as joyful while at work! Sam was also very kind and helpful with a consistent smile while literally running to help different cars. The world needs more people like these two and I hope this company takes more than good care of them!
The folks at the Mercury Boulevard wave car wash are fantastic. They always have a great attitude and go the extra mile. I especially want to recognize Sam for always being very helpful to everyone and making sure everyone is completely satisfied. Great job.
I came in a day to get my car wash in it took me a while. I had a lot going on Keith help me and kept checking back to make sure I was good. This was Customer Service at a whole new level it was authentic and he was trying to make sure I had everything I need. He washed my car mats for me that hadn’t been washed in a minute. He was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be back on a regular basis.
This is the best car wash in this area. The staff is super helpful and they provide free towels and cleaner. If you need assistance Sam is always willing to jump in and meet your needs!
