a week agoIn the beginning, they were a five-star. It’s the actual wash machines that sort of kill it. The employees are wonderful. Always greet you with a good attitude. Manager, John is very attentive, and Hector his employee as well. I do recommend this place6 months agohorrible experience. Paid for the highest wash as this was the first wash on my new van and wanted it shiny. came out of the tunnel and it did not wash anything. front and back of the van was still dusty and dirty with mud and water spots from the rain. I walked around and noticed my brake light was damaged as well. I went to the cashier and told them my van was not washed and I filed a claim for the damage. was told they will contact me for the claim. 3 days went by and no call. I called and was told to call them in the morning. I called today and was told they cannot do anything about it as their machines do not put pressure on the cars. I told him my van was being bumped and shacking while being “washed”. they said it was already damaged and they will not pay for the damage. my van still has paper plates and wasn’t even a month old.Do not come here! they will not wash the car, and they will damage and deny responsibility.

The lines move quicker than they look.a month agoI paid for a gold package where you get one car wash and get the second one free for three days. I came back after the third day the employee nor the manager wouldn’t honor my receipt. I’ve been to another location that did honor it. WHAT’S THE POINT OF ME PAYING FOR A SECOND CAR WASH AND I DON’T RECEIVE IT!?!? This company is offers a good wash at a good price and the membership is a good deal.
This location needs to work on staffing. Ignoring the lane, a vehicle waiting for the membership to be acknowledged and then when being honked at to get your attention (even after you finally open the door for a contractor who knocked) because you just closed the door and started talking to someone else, you should actually walk out and help. Pointing a finger at me, does not convey to information you may think it does. Then saying well you need to hit the machine (never had to at other locations) did sorta help, but again would have been a lot easier if you had walked over to me crossing one lane instead of just waiting until I back up, go into the other lane, then just opening the gate. Not helpful.

Air nozzles are not as powerful as they used to be.a month agoStopped by to get an express carwash last week and the machine actually damaged my rocker panels of my Nissan Rogue. Spoke with one of the employees, Josh and he took pictures and gave me the managers information Leon and said that he was going to contact me with in 48 hours. It’s been almost a week and I’ve tried to call multiple times and left VM, I’ve also sent messages and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointed to know that absolutely no one has had the curtesy to call me to discuss the issue over the phone, or apologize for the incident or at least discuss if they will even consider to fix my car which I believe they should do since they are responsible for what happened. I should have never stopped at this location to get my car washed, however, it never crossed my mind that this could happen to me. I would just warn everyone to be very careful when you use this express carwash so you don’t have to go through what I’m going through right now.10 months agoIf I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my car to get a wash here and came out with a flat tire. They tried to tell me that my tire was already flat before I went through their car wash. However, anyone with a brain would know that if my tire was already flat I would not have been able to even drive there! And my tire pressure light wasn’t on until I was halfway through their car wash. I talked to the manager Leon and got footage of my car noticeably getting caught on something in their car wash. They told me that they were getting a maintenance person to come out that night which was a Friday and they would contact me the next day. Surprise surprise they never contacted me. I called and left a message and they never called me back. HORRIBLE customer service. Had to pay for a tire replacement that should’ve been paid by them for causing the flat. NEVER going back here again!2 years agoI live about 3 blocks from here. Went the first time the other day. I LOVE IT. FREE vacuum to use and unusual LOW PRICES. Not kidding. Prices were very low. I paid $5 for the basic car wash and the outside job was great on my Benz! Prices do go up for premium washes but basic was fantastic! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 10 STARS5 months agoPlace is cool. Been going to them since they opened. Washes your car good, Prices are good, vacuums work very good, employees are nice, curious and helpful.

Quick quack also has a nice layout as well. Nice popping colors that stand out from your usual wash and the parking is very spacious! Not to mention, the suction on the vacuums is very impressive… based on the many car washes I have experienced.
Of course when you go to a car wash, you worry if the wipers they have are cheap and will damage your car. Not to worry as the material they use is soft to the touch! As per staff, it is the same material as scuba gear and I even got a sample to see and feel for myself!
Going beyond expectations shows Exceptional customer service! 💯

*UPDATE: Two whole weeks later and the wax from this car wash keeps my car shiny! The rain repellant is definitely effective as it has been raining quite a bit recently here in SoCal! Truly a step up from other car washes!
i have the best membership & i love it but some washes don’t fully get everything on my car so i have to go through twice…
& also, on google it says it closes at 9pm so i drove out of my way to get a car wash and the car wash was closed on both sides. it’d be great if they could update their closing times at the fullerton location because it was inconvenient for me & there was another guy behind me that also thought it closed at 9pm (after reversing, he asked me) it was only 8:20pm and gates were shut. so please update your closing times on google!

Wow i was looking to go there but when i read the review from a customer who was having issues with the vacuum… the response back was horrible! I can see that you have vacuum on the website page and it’s usually implied with a drive through car wash. I would have been happier hearing we’re sorry about that , we’ll check the suction on the vacuums. . I then remembered , I’ve been to your new car wash service and noticed this about the vacuums too , so I haven’t gone back.
