2 months agoBig fan of Breeze but just visited a similar operation in Victor, NY (same price) and they include carts with window cleaner and rags for the inside. Breeze should consider adding this. They also have compressed air at each vacuum to blow out the cars.a month agoNot the best car wash. Car doesn’t look any different weather or not I do the $10 or $20 car wash plus my car is still left pretty wet after each wash. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my car came out sparkling clean. I appreciate their attention to detail and quick service. This is my go to car wash- it’s reasonably priced, efficient (even when there’s a long line of cars waiting to get in it moves decently fast), and the free vacuums are a great bonus. For some reason today, the car wash missed the entire back of my van, and left it dusty and covered in dirt. The staff were friendly and helpful and made sure I got a free rewash to get the back taken care of. Usually a great wash, and on the off chance it’s not, they’ll take care of it 👍🏼a month agoI do not recommend getting a wash pass anymore. When I first got it everything was fine, but in the last year they’ve hiked up the price 3 times. The wash isn’t getting any better, and they no longer have staff at the counter and just have things on a table for you to grab. Definitely go somewhere else

I’ll be back!7 months agoHave been going to this wash for many years and always got the diamond wash. Decided this time to try a more expensive wash and paid for the Casey’s best for $65. Needless to say, the quality of this way more expensive wash is less than the quality of the diamond wash I remember a couple of years back that was almost 1/2 that price. Recommended to a friend and they were just as disappointed as they were still wiping things clean with their finger that were supposed to be included in the “Casey’s Best” Would not recommend and will not get my business in the future.2 weeks agoI’ve had my car detailed by other establishments, just to drive away with dog hair and no REAL attention to DETAIL. If you’re like me and you live in your car, you need a place that’s going to get into the nitty gritty, the nooks and crannies. My car was as good as new. I HIGHLY recommend Casey’s Wash & Detail Center.in the last weekI have been coming to Casey’s Car Wash for years to get the Diamond Wash. I have always left happy and felt like my car got a “mini detail.” I went today and decided to try the upgrade from the Diamond- Casey’s Best. My car looks WORSE than the last time I got a Diamond Wash for THIRTY DOLLARS MORE! My car was the only one in the car wash when I dropped it off, so they were NOT busy. I ran to Target to grab a few things. When I returned, my headlights were on. When I asked about it, the woman waived it off saying it was just moved there and the auto function hadnt turned off yet. Nope. They were left on. Then I got in my car and the dashboard was super dusty. It had clearly not been wiped at all. One of the supposed perks of the more expensive wash was enhanced cleaning of the dash. When I went back in and asked about it, I said that my dash was always shining after ever other time there. The manager(?) said, “oh, we never shine the dash.” I didn’t ask for my money back, but I was clearly upset. I actually felt bad for complaining. The manager woman didn’t say anything else and walked away. The first women said “oh, she’ll ask the guys.” A kid came to my car, quickly wiped the dash and cup holders while the manager wiped some of the doors. I stood and waited awkwardly. It was better, but really more like a Diamond Wash. There is still quite a bit of visible dirt. And he didnt touch under the emergency brake. As I left, she said, “my apologies.” But that was it. I paid $30 more than normal and got a much lower quality cleaning. She didn’t offer me a coupon towards future cleaning- nothing. Even the outside is “meh.” It isn’t enough that I would have complained, but it is not super clean for $65. I have a Jeep Wrangler and the spare tire makes it so drive through car washes always miss spots. That is why, when I want my car clean, I go to a place like Casey’s instead of the drive through places. I can see the brush marks where their drive through missed around the spare tire. If I wanted that, I would have gone to a gas station and saved $50. I doubt I will go back. Unfortunately, it is really the only “touchless” carwash in the area. I am bummed.5 months agoPaid for a diamond plus wash. Supposed to be the top one. I have dust all over my steering wheel. My dash board screen and doors are still dirty.
