4 months agoBEWARE, if you use your credit card machine to pay for your manual wash it may not work and will take your money. I used my credit card and the car wash failed to work. $4 was removed from my bank account and I was unable to wash my car. I called the company to request a refund and they said they would investigate and get back to me. They never got back to me and I called back three more times requesting a refund and a follow-up. When you call you always get a voicemail. I did receive a voicemail from them but they never provided an extension number so I could not leave a voicemail for a specific person. It’s unexceptionable to steal money from a customer and not try your hardest to resolve the issue. This car wash also had garbage on the floors of the wash bays. I have lost faith in this company and will no longer support them. I am writing this review two months after the issue occurred, allowing the company sufficient time to resolve my concern and avoid a negative review. I hope this does not happen to any future customers. (TO OWNER: I EMAILED YOU BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FOR SEVERAL WEEKS)8 months agoBeen coming here 20 years. I love how it’s touchless. Best car wash and only $11 for the cheapest. Car consistently comes out clean. After wasting money at The Wave in Frederickson, I’ve been known to drive over here to Hilltop just for a wash. Touchless is so much better for your car and somehow it doesn’t miss spots like the cloth/scrubber car washes.in the last weekGreat place to wash your car. They have a horsehair(?) brush, but it proved not stiff enough for us, but if you want to be sure not to scratch your car, it’s perfect. Ours needed something rougher, and so what if it leaves scratches. We will use this place again. Bonus there is a coffee stand there as well, I had a real fruit peach smoothie, which I recommend as well.5 months agoWorked great, was happy! The machine showed it was 8$ but I checked my bank app and was charged 15, to wash my own car! That’s more then the drive threw🙃

Wish they had touchless but the good thing is that I believe they filter out their water pretty well, so no dirty water scratches. I have a monthly membership that’s worth it for summer7 months agoObviously, not as good as a good hand wash, but it’s fast and convenient if not a little expensive. The dual entrances are curved and somewhat narrow, so if you have a long vehicle, you may want to go elsewhere. I’ve seen some people hit/scrape the pillars and barricades.2 years agoPictures speak for themselves. We have to Re-polish my husbands car due to poorly maintained brushes at this wash. The other times I’d take my car through it, unfortunately wouldn’t clean well and would still have bug remains or bird droppings left. Is it really considered the Beary best if these things are happening?3 years agoI brought a car in that had sat in my carport for eight months. It was covered with dust. One pass through the carwash and it came out sparkling clean. Very effective wash system. I was impressed!

Did not clean my vehicle the amount a $14 wash should. The grill and front bumper are all still dirty, mirrors aren’t clean, and left black marks all along BOTH sides of the truck. I had to scrub them all off after. Barely cleaned my truck. Not recommended.
I am a regular customer for this brown bear car wash and I have a monthly subscription too. but nowadays the quality of wash car is bad. They need to improve their quality In service.
Always come out with an amazingly clean car. I just wish there were more of these around. Moved to Port Orchard a couple years back. Still Always stop at this one when I’m in the Auburn area.
Great car wash and Mohamed did an amazing job handling a problem I had with my car. Very cool, calm, collected and friendly! It’s always a breath of fresh air when people deal with customers and dont act like they are a nuisance but you can tell he really cared to solve the problem. Thanks again!
Pretty great place to have your car washed, the next best thing to a hand wash and detail, its nice because there is a membership and you can go to other locations to use it if needed. Friendly staff, towels to dry your car, vacuums and garbage cans.
