2 months agoDamaged my car and was told corporate would be in contact but expect to “wait a long time” to hear from them. I need an entirely new rear windshield piece from Subaru. Aside from this the car wash itself is terrible. After going through two times with the top wash I still have bugs all over my windshield and front bumper. This place sucks.a week agoI know my truck was pretty dirty but I went thru twice and the truck still had mud on ita year agoHad my rear wiper arm completely broken off noticed it later on the weekend as i was travelling the day i got it washed .Guy says they cant do anything about it since it was 4 days before. Made me decide not to go there anymore.a month agoMy customer service experience was great! The person working the window was so welcoming and friendly. The actually carwash was very disappointing. My windshield and driver + passenger side windows don’t look any different than before the car wash and are very much still VERY dirty.3 months agoFor 20.00 I would expect a super clean car. Came out and the front was still covered in bugs. I can get the exact same clean car, maybe even a little better, at the 7.00 car wash. I was very disappointed at this wash from the bugs not washed off to the incredibly high price. Also, I had to move my car twice to get to a vacuum that actually worked.

Came back a few times after this. Last week, the team did a much better job at cleaning the car. However, I only ask for the exterior cleaning from now on.

This place is really going down hill. First time, great experience. Recently, paid for the Full Service $23.99 the first time… Exterior is ok. Interior, only carpet were washed, and nothing else. The napkin that left behind was even crumbled. I was shocked because I expected at least the dashboard should be cleaned. All the comments said to report dissatisfaction on the spot, but they just took the claim check and told me to leave.
Now, I don’t really know what should be cleaned if I purchase the full-service wash, because it’s not much different than the $9.99 for exterior, besides my weatherproof carpets were washed?
I have wash my vehicle here before but this is the worst ever….I just paid 24.99 for what a piece of trash….am not happy this is not nice…
Just got home from Don’s on 13th…paid for a full service car wash….terrible job for what I paid. They didn’t wipe down the drivers door inside….left debris in the side pocket and cup holder…they opened my sunglass case to hide the debris….it’s been 3 days and no comment from Don’s. Great customer service…🤮
Very disappointed. First time ever they did not wipe door frames inside or dashboard, or vacumm the back window area…bugs left there. Hope you can see in the pics.
Poor job, has never happened before
Horrible establishment and horrible work. I purchased an exterior wash, and my headlights and all the front are still full of stains. They did not bother to wipe down the door frames or vacuum either.
And all the employees are almost agitated or angry I am not certain what’s wrong with them but this could be one of the most disappointing services I’ve ever had in Fargo.
