Today around 2 15pm I went for a car wash and soon as I get close to the gate on far right lane the gate got open and I tried to proceed through the gate the lady check in start screaming and says hey hey stop and come back than I pulled back and told her she could say that nicely and there is no need for a screaming and she can’t talk to customer like this than i spoke to the shift manager and told her to educate her to do a better customer service.a month agoi had my kids in the car and the lady was so nice i asked for the best one and i was alittle brain dead from dealing with my twin two year old boys. i had been needing to get a wash and never want to or seemingly have the time to do so, so it is nice when someone is nice to you. thank you so much kind woman who helped me.4 months agoNice people and good service. That’s all the good. I’ve been there 3 times now and the car wash keeps scratching my car first it was small and didn’t really notice it but this last time really did a number. And the vacuums are always taken up so I never used them, good I have my own hand vacuum for the car

a week agoI had a great experience at this location. Zamantha was a great helper with my purchase of a membership. She was very nice and helpful during the whole process. Definitely coming back here, the customer service is top tier.2 months agoVery satisfied with the service today. To the owner of the quick quack location on calvine and Bradshaw. Your employee Promise, first as I’m parking she greeted me with a smile and went about get duties. Secondly, as I observed the workers she made her way to most of the customers saying hi. She was still making sure trash cans get empty out, as to make sure vacuums were working properly. I went to get a car wash after the new quick quack opened on west Stockton, the greeter was friendly and asked if I wanted to become a monthly subscription for$19.99? I agreed and after perhaps 29 days I attempted to renew my monthly charge. But this time I was charged 41.99 without being given a warning that such an amount was going to be charged automatically to my debit card. When I contacted the company I was told basically to get over it and I had agreed to this service. I tried to cancel but was told not until the monthly period was over. Quick Quack continued to change my debit until I changed the card with my bank. But the worst part was that each time I washed my car I had to go through the machine TWICE just to remove bird poop! Terrible customer service with management.
Such a great car wash for an incredible price. Membership is so well worth it.
Young man by the name of Brian i believe, was very helpful. After the initial check-in, saw that I did not have a membership and asked if I would like set one up. After I declined and told him I just needed a single wash for my father’s truck, he understood and offered my options. Great customer service and not overly pushy. Thanks!
I had previously left a negative review and I want to say that it has been corrected I spoke to Jose actually he called me and made things right which I highly respect not many people do that nowadays I went back to this Quick Quack on Stockton Boulevard and had a great experience. I asked for towels and they were given to me kindly. I would ask anyone reading this review to please use the towels and put them back
