2 months agoThis car wash is a little bit more expensive than the others nearby, but I think it is better. The self wash is great. The touchless wash is okay but never gets my car super clean. It always leaves a residue on the car like a harsh water or sope spot. My wife loves going for the brush leaves her car greatera month agoI use Happy Cow at least once a month. I used the automated car wash today. I did notice that the dryer timer started before I could pull up to dry my car. It started at 90 seconds, but when I could finally pull out of the car wash the timer was at 75 seconds, so I lost 15 seconds of drying time. Needless to say the rear of my car was not dry.in the last weekThe best in the west was discovered today! What an excellent service for the brushed car service…. I haven’t tried touchless yet… I’m be back over and over again5 months agoThe best self wash in SD county! I’ve been to many of these self wash car washes. The owner of the happy cow takes great care of their car wash. This place is pretty big and it always seems busy. I have and F450 dually and self wash places are the only place I can take it for a wash. I like how everything works in the wash bays and I always use the pre soak spray before I use the scrub brush. One Star for the vacuums, they work great. But this company is awful. It’s very hard to get ahold of anyone, no phone number to call. The car wash broke my side mirror and it was a pain to try to file a claim. My mirror started shaking as I drove away but I needed to go pick up my son so I needed to get home asap. You can’t call to file, can’t call the location. You have to go back to the car wash. Fine, I drive back and filled out a form first thing the next morning with Steve and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. No one contacted me. I tried writing, no response until 2 days later telling me to fill out a form. Filled it out again via a link they sent and got an email saying it was denied because I didn’t fill out the form at that exact day/time it gained. There was another man there the same day telling Steve that the car wash damaged his car and he should fix it before letting people go in. Steve dismissed the man, saying as he walked away that is wasn’t going to damage any cars. The customer service is horrible/non existent at this company and they refuse to acknowledge damage caused by their machines.
Yesterday I received a free wash code… but after i went back to the same page it removed like I already used it.. so I talked to them i even show them example.. the young female wants me to pay half the price… than i talked to to manage what happening he lets me to wash my car for free thanks to him…. While the manager taking care of the situation…the young male running his smart mouth about people getting free wash while the customer could here that…thats why you l never be manager or in better position in your life when you act as clown… i will skip this car wash from now on
