4 months agoExcellent bang for your buck at this place. Super friendly service and I was completely satisfied with the way my car came out; we took my wife’s car the next day. Ran the car through the wash dropped it for a hand wax and went on our BJ’s shop, talk about convenience. Only $46 for a wash and wax and this place is doing it right. Stop in and get your shine on!2 weeks agoIt was my first time going to this car wash. I wanted to love it and support it but my experience wasn’t great. I just visited the location in Parkland. I paid a total of $46 … for a premium exterior and interior wash/clean which I was told would include shampooing of the floor mats. (The gentleman helping at the payment kiosk even announced over the intercom my car make/model/color should have the carpets shampooed) here’s what my car looked like leaving – my car was full of very noticeable water spots – on the entire vehicle. My car looked worse leaving than it did entering. Also, the extra amount I paid to have the carpets shampooed- they weren’t. They asked me to leave the receipt on the dash , which I did. I figured they’d review it and see I paid extra to have the carpets shampooed-not sure what happened, but my floor mats were definitely not shampooed. Unfortunately, won’t be back.2 months agoFor $37 not a great job on the inerior. There were missed spots on vacuuming and spray/wiping down. Especially vacuuming under the driver seat. I asked one of the employees if he can wipe down the leather seat better where there was a bit of a stain from spilled soda (that can very easily come off) but he barely wiped it down and said with an attitude “doesn’t come off” and walked away.a week agoSo it is a really, really commendable place to go. Providing jobs for people with autism, and support for them is absolutely amazing. I love the free vacuums, but you do have to purchase a budget car wash if you do. The budget car wash, did absolutely nothing for my car. The dirt it went in with, came out with the same dirt on it. And my car isn’t even that dirty. Also, the free vacuums are limited to ten minutes of time, that if you go over, I have not had anyone say anything. But it does go over ten minutes because the vacuums don’t take any dirt up. They’re horrible, actually. I haven’t yet paid for a higher up car wash, but I imagine they do a great job.a week agoMy first time at the Rising Tide Car Wash. The process was quick and easy. I spoke with Adam. He was friendly and informative. My car went through the wash cycle. The staff detailed the car and I was on my way. My overall experience was awesome! I highly recommend Rising Tide Car Wash.

3 months agoAwesome. All I can say. I had to get the super detailed wash/carpet/seats shampoo package. As a dog owner who’s dog loves car rides it was needed 😁. The car wash and detail was a total time of 2 hours. Be prepared for that if this is the package you are requesting to be done. You can drop the car off. I stayed. The gentleman who did my car interior after the car wash took his time. You could just tell he takes pride in his work. I even told him that after. My car looks brand new after my service here. I HIGHLY recommend this car wash to anyone 💯2 weeks agoThis car wash doesn’t even deserve this one star. This is the worst car wash in all of Florida. Not only did they completely damage my rims, but they dont want to fix them. They want to give me credit for future car washes. Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!8 months agoBest Car Wash I’ve been to so far. Great customer service. They’re extremely detailed when cleaning your car and their prices are reasonable. The lines do get long, but they have multiple people working at all times. So I suggest you go early in the morning, but the wait is 100% worth it. The employees are always friendly and take good care of me and my vehicles every time. I am very particular about who touches my car. I now have 6 cars on their monthly wash membership because they are so good and not to mention, efficient, so even when they are busy you are not waiting that long. It’s also convenient because they are connected to a gas station and convenience store that has everything you might need while you wait. Highly recommend.9 months agoVery disappointed. Multiple uncleaned areas both outside and inside. Dried soap marks everywhere. The entire back row was not touched until I pointed it out to the person that cleaned. Door panel and center console also still dusty. Complete waste of almost $40. Won’t be coming back

Terrible car wash place , some guy has to manually spray your car with water before putting it in the car wash drive thru ( 2 sec spray of water) which is nothing then car is still dirty at the end then you come to the vacuum part which doesn’t have a tent or overhang which is INSANE since it is Florida! Vacuums don’t work well either. Even for free wouldn’t come here again. There is way better express car washes out there. And they put tape in the wipers .. like if my 2023 car didn’t have a senor
Got a $25.00 car wash and it didn’t do much at all. Bad car wash experience. I do not recommend. 2023 Chevy Suburban – 5,028 miles
This is my go-to car wash! I’ve been looking for a bigger car wash that has a lot of options and this is definitely it. The staff is friendly and always there to assist in you paying and they have indoor cleaning services. Even though I haven’t used that option yet because they have access to free vacuums that allow you to do the cleaning yourself, I’m happy to know that I was that option. I usually pay about $20 for the outdoor cleaning option so it’s a pretty good monthly investment.
Poor quality control left much of my car’s exterior dirty. I paid for them to “do the work” and handle my car after it went through the wash. There were still some obvious areas that needed some extra effort to clean, including dried soap and cleaning fluid that remained from the wash. So, in addition to the remaining dirt that survived the wash, there was new dirt brought on by the wash… and no one even tried to clean them. I know no one tried because I cleaned these areas once I got home by applying slight pressure with a sponge. The effort isn’t an issue, but the 45 minutes extra I had to take out of my day to get those areas done alone was.
I’m not going to point a finger at any one worker. Instead, I’ll just chalk this up to a failure of management either lacking in standards or actively telling the workers not to spend time on these very obvious things.
Being 100% fair, the interior cleaning was very good. No complaints.
I’ve been here before, and I feel the standards have lapsed. I don’t think I’ll be back.
The actual car washes is not bad.
I had to ask for my change back because the dispenser does not issue change out and this would be the second time that they did not offer me coin change back from my purchase. Either round up or round down into round numbers.
The practice is illegal find if the county catches wind of business practices will shut down the car wash wash.
