4 weeks agoThe first time the attendant took my car in the machine to be washed, because of my phobia. I didn’t know it was a self-service place. Like the staff, however, I prefer to go to a place that does everything. If you like doing the self-service of your car, go.a week agoSam’s is a great automatic car wash. It’s my choice. I only gave it three stars because I’m not a member and purchasing a single wash is a gauntlet of up sell. Multiple options to choose from prices up to $24 they also have a membership that has a couple levels of use to choose from. The staff is friendly. They presoak your car upon entry and that was pretty cool. You also get free usage of the vacuums after your wash. They are automatic so no on and off issue and it’s not timed. They even check on you while you’re at the vacuum stalls to make sure you’re satisfied with your visit. We will definitely be returning for the membership.3 months agoHorrible, did not clean my car well still looks like it did when I went to get it washed and now I have scratches that I did not have before all over my car. If people are paying for a service they expect that service to be the best service possible.

a month agoAutobell is an excellent chain car wash, located in the Carolinas and beyond. The wash really really gets the car, spotlessly clean and the employees when doing the interior are very meticulous and thorough. I’ve been to a number of Autobell Car Washes and they all have really great service. If your club member you can get a wash at any time for only $25 a month. You can add extras such as interior for nine dollars interior and get the interior spotless – it’s a mini detail.These car washes are located quite plentifully, so there’s hardly a place where one is not nearby. This Autobell is located near the Concord Mall. They typically are fully staffed which can be quite a rarity these days.

a month agoI paid $43 today for their most expensive car wash service. This was my car after they were “done.” They were polite but extremely lazy. I will not be going back.6 months agoThe most expensive $32 I’ve spent on a car wash. Even for the cheapest one, you expect better than this. Tried them for the first time before getting a more expensive option, so yeah I will not come back. 1 kid checks you in, and 4 kids “clean” your vehicle afterwards. Felt like wasting zero energy in person complaining with kids when there is obviously no supervisor, so here is a bad review. I asked one of them if they vacuum below the seats, and his response was “I didn’t vacuum so I guess we don’t”a year agoI have visited this place 2 times and both time I went for full car wash$35.Here are my experience: – Most of their staffs are college students without any experience of cleaning cars. – they never look into your receipt to perform the work what you paid for. – they just do a decent vacuum. – They never clean everything properly and just wipes throughout the car using 2 towels and pretend like they are cleaning. – door edges, they never clean it. – they do not clean car wheel rims – No scents applied even when its part of the receipt.
I definitely give another chance to update my review. No value for money. Gud luck.
3 weeks agoI pay a monthly membership for the super unlimited wash. I only ask them to do the exterior, vacuum the floor mats, and wipe the inside door jam. They never have to spray and wipe down the inside, and I don’t do fragrance. They ALWAYS, without fail, halfway do this task. Their attitude when I pull in is like they don’t want to do it at all. Yesterday I asked the guy to dry the door jam so that the black gunk isn’t left behind. He said, “Yeah, I’m gonna spray it to get the dust.” Never happened. It was already wet and there was no dust. I just wanted him to dry it. For some reason, they NEVER do this when I ask. Waterspots left on multiple windows because they weren’t dried, and the tires weren’t done at all. I had to tell the guy to dry and tire gloss my tires. His response was, “Oh yeah.” I wiped down the windows myself on-site. Do you think they offered to go back over what they missed? Do you expect a tip? I’ve seen 5 people on 1 vehicle and you are thorough and take your time. Yet every single time, I’m treated like trash. It takes less than 2 minutes, and you think you’re done. I’ve discovered all of these Autobells are the same, and I’m taking my business elsewhere.
