They don’t take responsibility, all they want to do is offer a free wash as if that’ll fix the car’s damage.5 months agoThe wash was longer than other carwashes that I’ve been to,the vacuum has excellent suction power. 5 months agoDon’t come here there car wash machine broke my tail light, they car wash machine got stuck and pull my tail light out and i try asking for any management # or information they won’t give it to mea month ago**MAKE SURE NOT TO LEAVE BEFORE SECURING YOU ALWAYS GET YOUR CHANGE BACK** They will keep it, I realized after my washing cycle that my change was missing from a $20, and was positive I didn’t get it back cause #1 I made memory at all of my actions and #2 I didn’t have anything smaller than $20 went to let them know they basically lied with a stuttering explanation I Know there is no money in the cash return section of the machine this happened like 20mins ago 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ all I want to know is if you recall or acknowledge it, a simple No would have been more believable but it’s ok, now I know4 months agoSmall carwash. The highest package is $19, and the lowest i think is $9. I got the $19 package. They give u a towel, a dashboard wipe, a small cardboard square of smell good(not a hanging air, freshener). Going through is only 2 mins and not long enough for me. Exit, maybe 10 stalls/vacuums. Suction on vacuums does not clean well and has a hard time picking up simple grass. Will i come back, i dont think so. My car did not get cleaned all the way.8 months agoHorrible experience I have been coming here for the past year since I am a local resident, and I had never experience such bad customer service from one of the employees . The employee was a female but is dressed as a boy and was very rude today 3.7.23 while she was on a phone call while directing me on how to turn my wheels she gave me the most horrible attitude . Which I felt was wrong that’s not how your suppose to great anyone . Also I noticed my driver side windshield wiper was gone after I left the car wash since I did get it washed the machine broke below I placed a photo .. won’t be going back at all5 months agoHorrible car wash, do no recommend.The vaccum is terrible it doesn’t absorb the trash inside your car! I drive by this place every day on my way to and from school and always wanted to try the wash out on my car. My car was dirty of course and wanted to wash it for the weekend. I got the highest wash which was only $11 dollars with a free vacuum of course. After vacuuming the car, I noticed my hood had a scratch going up the hood I also noticed a crack in my windshield. I was so struck by pain, I tried to convince myself not to cry. I broke down with tears seconds after that thought and notified the cashier who appointed me the manager. He came to the car and ignored the scratch, and started off the conversation with the crack created from pebbles On the road. He basically didn’t know what to say besides it not being their fault. He showed me a video trying to convince me I drove in with the crack on a pixelated monitor recording. He raised his voice at me through out this whole situation and was very disrespectful to a young 21 year old who approached this situation in a calm manner. It is indeed sad to say this man could not atleast demonstrate customer service skills or respect. He as well withheld a number to an higher official I can contact such as a corporate number or business owner. I will never again support ANY car wash drive through again because of this poor situation.
$8 for basic. No interior wet wipe given. Wheels still dirty. Rapid Dry didn’t reach bottom panels. Vacuums weak suction.
Don’t waste your money! First time bringing my car for a wash / vacuum. Never again, vacuums don’t work and after the wash I dried it and seen scratches on my car, paid $10 to get scratches and not a clean car. WASTE OF MONEY. Don’t want it to happen to any one else
I am from upstate NY on vacation needed my car vacuum and found this place , I experienced Great customer service & Vacuum service .
Customer service is good but the actual drive thru wash is terrible. The vacuums are useless.
