The employees are the friendliest, always happy to see you, and helpful. The car wash is the most amazing wash I’ve ever had. After my second wash, my car looks and shines better than the day I bought it. I will never take my car to any other car wash.2 months agoI have been a customer there since about 2009 and have always had a great service provided to me. My wife and me both have memberships and have never been disappointed. The staff is always very nice and cheerful. We appreciate the work that the management and staff provide. Keep up the great service you provide.🌞a year agoPaid for platinum, after wash still had bugs on windshield and grill, hood was still dirty. Allowed me to go back thru and while driving home still had dirty windshield. I know bugs are hard to get off but 2 washes and not clean.9 Oct 22 – I did not call as asked and decided to return because of location to my house and give them another chance. I usually was the truck myself but some health issues are limiting. Purchased the platinum, went thru, drove 1.7 miles home, got out of truck and again disappointed. As I entered the wash, a young lady attempted to spray what I would assume is bug cleaner on the grill and barely got the sprayer on before she had to move out of the way. As I went by, she hit the back on my drivers side mirror. I wish I had better pictures of the hood which of anything should be spotless. White streak down the middle, and along the inner sides of indents. I think the grill speaks for itself. Windshield at bottom between blades and below is still dirty where blades do not hit. 20$ for 2 minutes would think truck would be clean top to bottom. Again sorry pictures are not the greates.
3 months agoI splurged and spent $22 on a car wash. After running it through I noticed there was a large dirty spot on the side of my car still and the front of my car was still very dirty. They let me go through again but after I got home I realized that same dirty spot was still there along with the front end of my car still being very dirty. I noticed that the spinning things really didn’t touch my car the second time through honestly disappointed with spending that much money and still having a dirty car.

4 weeks agoJustice and Marco were phenomenal in taking care of the vehicles and people I always bring through this car wash, if you’ve been here since ACW, it’s only gotten better. Interior cleaner and window cleaner is hung up nicely next to some clean towels, vacuums are always strong and never clogged. Employees are always helpful, great place for a good, quick cleaning !7 months agoThe old car wash was fine. Take five minutes and go to another locally owned car wash.a month agoI love the unlimited monthly car wash. It’s a great price. But the car wash does not do very well. The brushes and water miss the bottom half of the car. I still had a dirty film along the bottom6 months agoBy far, the best little car wash in the area!!! If I could rate zero stars I would. Was promised several times that the car wash was designed to accept light bars and roof racks. Not even halfway through my light bar was ripped off my truck. After getting the run around several times they refused to pay for my roof repair leaving 4 holes in my roof and several dents. Talked with other people who have used mister car wash in the past and they have had the same issue. The car wash damaged their cars and mister denied repair costs. My truck is now in the shop for the next few days and I’m without a vehicle. So not only am I stranded but I’m also having to pay for repairs that they caused out of pocket. All I wanted was the holes repaired but all they offered was a couple free washes. Didn’t even refund the wash that caused the damage. Do not use mister car wash. They do not care.
Update: just got the estimate for repairs. $1500 just to fix the holes and dents in my roof. Not even to replace the light bar and brackets. On top of time away from work and the cost of a rental vehicle.
Awesome and inexpensive, they clean up the vacuum area because well some customers don’t clean up after they clean their cars.
This ain’t your mom’s house and if it were she’d wack you in your head for being a slob.

I went to the location by Dunbar Cave Rd and my car turned out great! This location the guy didn’t spray the front and my whole car was still dirty after paying $22 for the Platinum. In addition, they have the nerve to add in a tip option with the worker hovering over you. What exactly am I tipping for when they don’t do anything but stand around? Never coming back.
Back story: My car was dirty. I pulled in and asked the associate if the car wash didn’t clean my car if I would be able to go through a second time. I told her I will leave a bad review if my car isn’t clean. My standard of clean is pretty low though but I expect it to not be smeared in dirt after going through the car wash. The car wash is $26 for the top package. She told the manager what I said and he said absolutely not this isn’t buy one get one. He was very rude BTW. Assured me that the premium package would clean my car. My response was for $26 I expect it to be cleaned and well see. So I bought the premium package. The associate said I need the wheel cleaner, which would do the trick. So basically I paid $26 to leave a bad review cause it’s still very dirty. Thanks for the spray off, I think my water hose would have did the same job… and my wheels are still dirty BTW. Two stars cause it’s better it was but not worth $26 🥴
I absolutely love Mister carwash! I’ve been a proud member for over a year now and I have ZERO complaints! Both of my cars are over 10 years old and thanks to Mister they look better than they did new. In regards to the post prior to mine, I’m not sure what happened to your car honey but if I had to bet it was too nasty for a one wash job. Just a Karen being a Karen…..Next time buy the membership like I did! The employees at all of the mister locations are super kind and helpful but Needmore road is the best!
