Paid for the highest wash. Roll out with bird poop still on the fender and wheels that are filthy. Why charge extra for wheels when this is how you leave them? Need to address employees bare minimum effort.

Dont go here if you drive any type of low to the ground sports car. Scraped the underbelly of my mustang getting onto the treadmill. Think maybe even the guy directed my car too far. Either way, bad experience. Didnt even get a free upgrade for my sticker coming through. Scraping the sticker off when I get home and cancelling membership. Can wash my car better than this place. It didnt even get the bird dropping off my car. After the wash noticed tears in the plastic underneath. Bad, bad, terrible experience. Only grateful my tires and wheels seem to be ok.

They don’t wash your car. Every time I come out the back it is completely dirty. Attaching a few pictures below. Also, when you click on cancel membership on their site, it says that its broken and you can’t do it. Its been like that for two months now.

Wash and Roll Car Wash exceeds expectations when it comes to their car wash services. The experience begins with their friendly and professional staff who expertly guide each vehicle to the wash entrance. Their automated washing process leaves no corner untouched, ensuring an even and thorough clean that restores the vehicle’s shine. The use of high-quality, environmentally friendly cleaning products is a commendable feature, showing that they value not just their customer’s cars, but also our planet.

Their attention to detail extends to the interior cleaning as well, where they meticulously vacuum and wipe down surfaces, leaving the interior looking and smelling fresh. The speed of service is a major advantage. Despite the high quality of their wash, wait times are minimal, demonstrating efficient operation without compromise on service delivery.

Their facility is clean and well maintained, which enhances the overall customer experience. The complimentary vacuum stations are well equipped and easy to use.

Pricing at Wash and Roll is competitive, offering excellent value for the exceptional service provided. Their loyalty program also rewards regular customers, which is a thoughtful touch.

In conclusion, Wash and Roll Car Wash provides a top-tier service with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and eco-consciousness. It’s a place where you feel confident entrusting your vehicle for a good clean. A sparkling clean car with a pleasant service experience is what you can expect from Wash and Roll. Highly recommended for those who want a quality car wash.

Went through one of their car washes THREE MONTHS ago and their car wash broke a piece off my car. I filed a report and CORPORATE got back to me apologizing on behalf of the area and general manager saying they should’ve reached out to me by now and that they’ll remind them. The assistant general manager has also said he’d remind the general and area manager to contact me yet I have yet to hear any response from anyone! I don’t even want to support any wash n rolls in the area cause heaven forbid the same incompetent area manager and general was managing it. Don’t give them business cause they’ll just ruin your car and not ever call back. I’m about to get police involved.

Update: Their response is insulting. It’s been so long I don’t even live in the area anymore. They have my phone information and yet still expect me to go back to the location even though I’ve already done that twice and all they tell me is, “The Area manager isn’t in right now but I’ll let him know your report still needs to be addressed.” Additionally, they have my phone number and email from the incident report and yet still expect me to drive all the way back to the location. Will they be paying for my gas?

I get excited every time I come here. I love having a clean car, and it is so easy with them. I go at least twice a week, so it only takes about 10 minutes to have a clean car! Employees are great too!

Went twice with two different vehicles. Very friendly staff both at intake, to prewash to towel dry and wheel detail. The automated wash portion cleans well, depending on the curves of the vehicle. There are self serve bays once you go through for vacuuming, with towels and spray for wiping down in more detail. Ownership changed but quality is good.

Its a decent place for car wash. It has automatic license plate detection and opens the door without human intervention. The staffs are good and friendly as well.

Update as of June 9, 2023:

Looks like the installation of the car wash equipment inside the tunnel has been completed. I miss the mirror that they used to have over the entrance…it helped me align my wheels to the track without relying on the tech guiding me in.

The soap dispensing is better but the air driers are worse.

Last comment – come on boys, the girls are killing it when it comes to towel drying! They do a much better job of drying the entire vehicle. Many times the boys miss or skip parts of my vehicles and I have to dry them myself. I know the towel dry is a “courtesy” but I would hope they would take more pride in their efforts and dry the whole car.

    Previous Review:

I really want to like this place but their equipment is inconsistent with respect to soap dispensing, front end washing, rinsing, and tire cleaning – overall effectiveness is barely adequate.

The location is ideal for me but the quality of the car wash is fairly low.

The kids that towel dry your vehicle after the wash are also very inconsistent. The young ladies do a much more thorough job than the young men. Go ladies! And come-one men, keep up!

It appears that they recently installed a new soaping and air blower system. The soaping system does dispense more soap but the air driers appear rather ineffective.

Sadly, the actual spinners and hanging washing things are only partially effective. My wheels never get cleaned and the front end of my vehicles always have bug guts after washing. It might be different if I didn’t get my vehicles washed regularly allowing the dried bug guts to really harden and therefore be tough to remove but that is not the case. I visit often.

So I am considering changing car washes but I really don’t want to go farther from home to do so. Got a decision to make.

I was expecting a better job for $18 + $5 tip for the Wash N Wheels. Bird poop residue still visible and the wheels not cleaned.

Thank You Chad. I was able to stop by the Cedar Park on 183 location to accept your free “re-do”. Much better job. Thanks again 🙂

  1. The best option here is to get a monthly membership: it gives you the choice of having your vehicle washed daily – for a fraction of the cost.
Plus, with every wash, they give you the option of adding an extra feature (without cost either).
It’s hard to beat the package Wash ‘n roll offers.

  2. WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!

We have a subscription to this car wash and have gone a few times with no issues at all. Last time I went, something inside of the car wash hit my passenger window and cracked it. I told the manager on duty and he filed an incident report and said it would be reviewed and I would hear back within two weeks….. THAT WAS OVER 3 MONTHS AGO!! I have called the store multiple times, sent countless emails, and have even gone back up to the store many times and every time the manager is “not here at the moment”. I have called corporate 4 times and every time they say “this is an issue for the store manager.”

My window is still cracked and the crack has actually gotten much worse since the incident. I will never recommend this place and never be back. I work in an industry where I deal with dozens of customers everyday, I will make sure to tell every single one of them to never use this company. All they care about is your money, not you.

  3. Probably ok if you just have a little dust, but bugs or anything else will remain. There are no towels in baskets, but at least the vacums worked and the cashier was very polite

  4. I have had a monthly membership for years now. With the exception of a few inconveniences when I go (vacuums not working, out of supplies, etc), I haven’t usually had a bad experience. Last time I went the attendant was not paying attention and they removed the mirrors for you to see and guide yourself in and a part on my car broke.
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since and all convenient ways are impossible. Their website hasn’t worked for weeks now to cancel or update card information or their contact form. I tried to call a location and not sure it even connected to an actual employee. They only spoke spanish and couldn’t assist.

  5. The girls up front are always pretty and smiling, and the wash machines do a pretty decent job on your car. The equipment is well maintained and it all works. But the guys outside are a bit different. If you stand over them and watch they’ll do a good job on your wheels. BUT YA GOTTA WATCH ‘EM !!
I prefer doing my own wheels anyway.
The vacuums are powerful enough to pull a dime at 3″. But I’ve never actually seen a clean rag at this place. I can usually find a fairly clean…ish rag in the dirty rag container though.
All in all It’s a pretty good place to get your car washed. I usually blow about 8 samoleuns here plus a $2 tip for the girl who folds my mirrors back. I’d spend that much at the self serve car wash with pay vacuums and have to work up a sweat to do it.
