2 months agoMy boyfriend went to get his car detailed and was disappointed. He had tree sap on the back windshield and they didn’t even bother try cleaning it. It just seems like they were trying to hurry up and get done with cleaning the inside.a month agoThis location on 5056 W 38th Street. Always taking care of my cars. I’m reaping Customer and David is a manager really nice and polite young gentleman. Exterior and interior always the best result!!! Vehicle was really dirty and this after result. Really recommend this location.2 months agoAll locations do a good job BUT This is the worst location for full service due to how their lot differs from the others. The line snakes around the building (inward) where full service ends up trapped inside and having to sit painfully and watch them juggling cars in and out of cue. They seriously need to rearrange and swap the full service lanes with the Entry lanes, it would flow much smoother.I used a full service card and asked attendee was wax and wheel cleaner included (I knew it wasn’t and was prepared to pay) and his reply was “yes” – but it wasn’t.
Don’t ask me about the wax because as you can see my wheel is dry as August
a month agoThe manager David is great! He always takes care of me and he’s always smiling and shaking my hand every day. Also i have taken my Car too other Car washes NEVER EVER WE’RE THEY WERE NICE AS DAVID HE DEFINITELY HAS BEEN A BRIGHT SUNSHINE ON MY LIFE WHEN WAITING I HEAR OTHERS TALK, THEY FEEL EXACTLY LIKE I FEEL.L, WE SO PLEASE TAKE CARE OF HIM FINANCIAL.a month agoWent to the car wash for the first time and they are all super nice! My car came out looking brand new and shout out to the manager Dave encouraging his employees to keep going even though they are tired and it’s hot outside. Excellent service!

5 months agoI came in for a wash, but after seeing the high caliber attention to detail by the crew I purchased the ultimate detail, all those little spots cracks and crevices that we just can’t get at a normal carwash, none overlooked, my detailer cleaned in the vents… Had some blemishes in my clear coat that disappeared, not a water spot on my truck and I drive a big 5500 ram professionally so i know this was a big job. I was in shock to get my truck back looking like the day I purchased it. Best money I have ever spent at a car wash hands down. Thank you so very much!3 months agoWe love the great service we always receive at sparkling image. We always get their basic full service and you definitely get your moneys worth. For $21 they vacuum out the whole car, spray off my all season mats, wash the car, towel dry, wash the inside windows, and wipe down the dashboard. Sometimes the wait can be long if it is a busy day but after visiting another car wash closer to my house and getting half the service for $30 it makes it worth the wait to have a sparking clean car.3 months agoI scratched up my BMW X5’s bumper on my garage door frame, and it looked pretty bad. I showed it to Hirwin Zagal, Supervisor at the 82nd Street location, and he literally erased all the white paint and left only barely visible scratches. He went over and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Hirwin!a month agoTheir car wash scratched my car.I brought this up and filed a complaint. They told me nothing was wrong and would follow up my complaint. They proceeded to ignore my complaint and never get back with me. I would recommend another car wash instead as they don’t appear to take damages they cause seriously and don’t appear to properly maintain their automated car wash. I didn’t even receive a refund or anything. I paid to get my car scratched.

Excellent facilities for both personal and automatic full car wash. NOT full service where the interior cleaning is included. Self-service interior cleaning machines are available for a nominal fee for 8 mins.
Plenty of workers, but evidently no one wants to pay attention. Sat in line for 10 extra minutes because three teenagers need to check their phones instead of paying attention to the rotation at the three car lanes. The Middle Lane got skipped five consecutive times, and morning got done until I got there attention.
Kelsey Ginder operations manger was outstanding she went above and beyond expectations, she helped me clean out our work van at your self service station, I wish I could instill her work ethic in my managers! Thanks Kelsey keep up the good work.
Got an Ultimate Wash at 96th Street location yesterday July 31st.
Noticed today tire shine was applied to left side but not right side.
I keep my 2010 Toyota Avalon I call “Cream Puff” clean with regular trips to Crew. I received an enthusiastic greeting and great service from Wendy who asked but didn’t pressure me to buy a car wash book. I asked about wheel bright and she told me it was included with the wash coupon I had. She offered to ask the guys to extra spray my wheels in particular after I told her I do professional transport of injured people to their doctor appointments. . The guys forgot one wheel so I went back through to get a 2nd wash (always offered if not satisfied). She said she would upgrade to the ultimate for the re-wash and make sure all four wheels were sprayed. She was so great I bought another coupon book from her anyway and asked to speak to her manager / trainer Kelsey who was just as sweet and kind. Crew Car Wash is hard to top in service and all locations are great. This particular location is a notch above because of Wendy and her manager.
