a year agoI do not recommend this place at all. If you have a newer car, or care about your car actually being cleaned then I recommend to clean your car yourself, or goto soapy joes since you’re able to properly clean your car without any issues.Before this place cleaned my car it did not have a scratch on the front right fender. Afterwards there was a clear coat scratch that manager argued wasn’t his car wash’s fault. He was extremely rude and pointed blame back onto me.
When I got home I checked everywhere else in more detail and noticed the hood is still dirty, the overall outside of the car is spotty (needs to be cleaned again), there was still hair and other dirt in the carpets so wasn’t vacuumed throughly (needs to be vacuumed again), side view mirrors still dirty, the rear bumper that is used to stand on is greased up and now slippery, and the entire inside plastic was dressed with something that made everything sticky. Seats were not cleaned at all either.
I paid $45 when I could have paid soapy joes $15 and cleaned my truck myself. Complete waste of money
a year agoI’m actually really disappointed in this car wash. It is nauseating how much armorall they put on the steering wheel and the front of the car (hands slick) but the little carpet i have is disgusting as well as the mats! that was the biggest reason I came!!! They didn’t even bother to wipe down the sides- that was an extra charge. Even the windows are still wet with soap left on it. I would not go here!5 months agoWe have taken our car here many times but this time we had no scratches on our car and when we got our car back there were scratches on the side.a year agoI’ve gone to Coast Car Wash multiple times, each time thinking that maybe the last visit was bad luck. I will unfortunately no longer be going to Coast Car Wash, nor would I recommend anyone pay for their services.Despite paying over $30 each car wash, I continue to find that the interior is not cleaned, and I could do a better job cleaning the sand out of my mats with a cheap handheld vacuum. It doesn’t appear that they take pride in their work, as on multiple occasions I come to find smears on the hood of my car, and no effort put into removing small imperfections such as bird droppings.
Lastly, it’s impossible to get a straight answer from the salesmen when you pull-up, as they’re more interested in upselling you on additional services rather than answering any questions you have. I’m convinced that you get the same wash regardless of paying $15 or $30.
It’s a shame that nobody takes pride in their work at Coast Car Wash

2 weeks agoA clean and functional self-serve car wash at a reasonable rate. I mistakenly thought I’d been overcharged, and the owner took time out of his Saturday morning to explain how the credit card system works–and that the final charge would be the right amount. Good guy. I hope the wave of gentrification doesn’t sweep this place away and leave an artisanal cheese shop in its wake.a month agoEasy to use, works great. Cash, quarters or credit card. There’s a very nice attendant sometimes. She was very helpful. Its easy to figure out if she’s not there. My car looks brand new again.2 years agoThis car wash establishment has all the basic car wash tools and then some. There’s high pressure wash, foam brush, wax spray, and even a tire/wheel foam brush. Each car wash stall has a place to wash every type of vehicle, these stalls even have a place to hang up your floor mats if necessary.The car wash offers both coin payments and/or credit card payments. Each session of wash last for about 6 mins then each additional wash can be added by pressing the green button at the payment area.
There are vending machines that offer car cleaning chemicals and cloths. Vacuums are available for patrons to use on-site and the vacuums only take coins as payment.
Overall, a great little car wash for almost every type of vehicle.
3 years agoFair prices, good suction on the vacuums, good pressure on the water. I think there were 5 stalls and 5 vacuums. There was an extra tall stall for large vehicles. It was $3 for 4 min and 48 seconds on the wash and $1.25 for 4 min on the vacuum. There is money changers there or you can use they accept cards. Good place.3 months agoTanya is very unprofessional. I got charged twice for a car wash that was meant to be only charged once. She asked for my details. And turned out she never gave it to her boss. 5 days later still didn’t receive refund.

They use rubber and fabric strips to clean the car. A piece of fabric got stuck in my car and the manager, Dillon gas lit me and said they only have rubber. I pointed out that there are cloth machines and it’s the same material stuck in my car. He said all Mercedes have material sticking out by the headlights. I beg to differ. He also refused to go look at before and after video of my car prior to the wash. Worst customer service ever and took zero responsibility!!! Don’t use this car wash.
Yesterday I took my Honda Pilot to get a wash. After I went through the wash my driver side tail-light cover was off. I told the manager and he didn’t seem too concerned. He took my info and said someone would call back. No one did. I drove back today to try and resolve the problem. The manger today didn’t leave his post to talk with me. He said not covered. He did say they had video of car having tail-light on, and when it came out it was off. I just want my taillight cover back on. Sale #92698883931.
Quick fast and efficient way to wash my car! Looked incredible after the ceramic wash. Very impressed on how clean the site was and the plethora of vacuums. Nice smelling dash wipe and air freshener came with it. Thanks so much for being so close to my place! Definitely can’t wait to come back soon.

Went here today to redeem my free wash and was mistaken as the coupon was for a different location. However this was not a problem as Abby took amazing care of us and explained why it didn’t work. She honored the promotion for us.
Asked for a car wash. Was 15 dollars but then they charged me monthly. I never asked for a membership. I didn’t get a membership card or anything. It wasn’t discussed at all. But they still decided to charge me. If they do this, do not go to their website and make an account. It’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Call your bank directly and report for fraud charge. This is much easier than dealing with the car wash corporate. Block all payments, I recommend only coming here if you have cash only.
I had a 50% off so it cost me $11. I will not pay $22 and have to dry and vacuum myself. I have a bad knee and it was hard. The atmosphere is very nice. Lots of room when drying and vacuuming and nice music playing. Love the towels!
