2 weeks agoWhen I was approached for the car wash, I didn’t get any direction at all. I followed the gentleman who took my coupon and ask him do I wait here in the waiting room he was like sure. After the wash I found out my antenna was broken and drove back, the found my antenna in their wash and then tole me to a sign in a random location saying they are not responsible for damages to antennas….. Who doesn’t give a warning to tell new customer who don’t know how your was is run…. They took my number promising the manager Leo was going to call me th next day since he wasn’t in. I waited and came in during lunch and same guy say manager is busy with 4 location and isn’t in…. We paid $32 + a generous tip unfortunately before looking inside my car (MY MISTAKE) and realized that they only vacuumed the right side of my car, but only the front and 2nd row. The 3rd row was completely untouched. I even told the gentleman that there was bits of trash underneath the seats and his response was NO PROBLEM! Apparently there was! The inside was not wiped down as well. When I called to complain the Gentlemen told me that the $32 only covers vacuuming and not a wipe down inside the car. So, I literally paid for a half @ss job! I Seriously no longer recommend this car wash!3 months agoI have been to this car was many times before. I went there on Monday and paid 60.00 to have the car wash . Come to find out there was a guy washing the cars really quickly by hand and then someone else was wiping the car down. That means the bottom of the car was not cleaned and the wax was not applied to the car. I also realized that they did not vacuum the back seat floor mats . I won’t be back.

5 months agoI’m rating this place because for the reason of the tacos that this guy nakes after 6 pm at this location after hours. You might want to stop by if you’re on the area2 months agoCar wash chain belt wasn’t working so they drove it through themselves. Over all I have had nothing but good experiences here, and I dislike people and the public in general.i have brought vehicles with sound systems that required extra care when vacuuming or cleaning the interior was needed. They do a great job just about every time. Average I spend is $65+ bucks each visit, plus optional tip. I recommend the lemon and black ice scent combo.

Terrible!!!!Not to be rude but this place is trash! My car was that dirty but still needed vacuuming wipe down everywhere bc I like a clean car I get home and regret paying $50 dollars for a car wash that looks like I went through a drive by one and kept going. I was disappointed I open the back doors and it was dirty still I had ask him to wipe it down but he went to get a towel never came back. The chairs had crumps still. Never going back and I usually tip pretty good they didn’t get shii. I had to come home and watch my car all over again
I take my supercrew truck to this place, and it’s good. My only problem is that they don’t do a good job vacuuming the interior. I understand pet hair can be tricky to vacuum out, but I can get at least 40-50% out in 5 minutes or less. The past few times I went, the person picked up the seats, like I wasn’t gonna see it. Other than that, this place has great customer service to overlook the negative mark. I will continue to take my truck to this place and just take a few extra minutes to vacuum the interior myself.
They do a pretty great job, but I’m not sure why they charge $45 for stuff I can’t identify!! Lol!! My truck did look beautiful, though!!
Very poor. I have been using this car wash for years. Today the normal guy was on break. The lady upcharged me for oversize SUV. This is a small new chevy blazer, smaller than an explorer. And to end it all, the vehicle was not clean. Bird droppings, dirt on panels, and the hood was horrible. They lost a long time customer today. I can get the same service with a drive thru self service wash.
I had a frame off paint job on my 1990 stepside and they always take good care of it . I haven’t had washed and it’s always very nice looking when it’s done . And people all know me and they take good care of me , they are very nice . They have a senior day on Tuesday and have a very reasonable prices . I only take my to Brentwood Auto Spa .
