a week agoTimo assisted me here on a Friday morning that looked as if Noone should be washing a vehicle as it had rained the day prior and I had plans to travel the next day this was my opportunity. Timo helped me with my wheels and was very courteous. I have always appreciated the customer service I receive here. Thanks ! Timo keep up the great work!3 months agoThis is a great place if you need a quick wash! $10 for a basic wash, and they provide towels by each vacuum spot (love this) And Tino is awesome! He came by to clean my tires, which I was happy about because I hate drying those. He was extremely helpful and his smile is infectious. The people here truly do care and take pride in their work! Thank you to their Manager Edgar, Alejandro, Gilmer, Norma, and Maria. For doing a detail in 1 HOUR, that normally takes 3 hours. I ended up wiping down several of these spots your cleaner didn’t clean.2 months agoVery good car spa and detailing service . I took their hand car wash and there was a 50 % off on hand wax as well . The service is really good and organized . Probably a little expensive for hand wash but the quality of service is good . When I got home realized it had never been cleaned all the way.Does not look like it was actually washed, but rather just wiped down.
Very disappointing first experience. Selected the gold wash option asked for air freshener which in retrospect I’m realizing was never sprayed either.

Took my Evo 9 here for a wheel polish, a these guys completely stripped the clear coat off. I contacted the manager and he admitted that it was a problem and they would take care of it. I was ghosted and just fell through the cracks. Please watch out. Had to repaint the wheels and cost me $800. Attached before and after.

I wish I could have option to give negative rating. Such a cheap service.. before and after wash the car looked same and manager was so rude and said that they won’t clean the car with towels. I paid $80 and nothing is cleaned. I came back home and cleaned in 5 mins. Provide some service when you are ripping the money..
Added Point: You commenting that this is a fake review. This itself tells how bad your attitude towards customers is. People don’t have a time to sit and write bad reviews on your business. Fix you cleaners and fake promises at the entrance before commenting on customer reviews..
I rated 2 stars, 1 … looks can be very deceiving, they took advantage of their customer being busy and in a hurry and they forgot those cheerio crumbs underneath my 2nd row passenger seats (actual pic provided) and lastly 2, a teener named Zachary is very Salesy with hus pitch with their top of the line package and making feel pressured to avail of their wash and detail package…nice try son! Customer service and after-sales are very disappointing… Manager in charge today is not very welcoming 😕
This is my 2nd time! Both great experiences. I’m not consistent on washing my car or cleaning the inside and I have kids. Every time I’ve came. They’re extremely helpful on the selections on what I’m needing. I like that we have the option to pick what we want to clean. Very affordable. I had one concern from the 1st time I went. The second time I went, was today, I voiced the one minor concern(how my all season matts were placed). They made sure that was done to my liking this time!
I have tried car wash businesses all over Plano, McKinney, and Allen. Car Spa is hands down the best. The cleaning tunnel does a great job on theexterior, but when you add their $20 interior clean you will be amazed. Highly recommended!
