Results are great! Pay as you go or unlimited washes available. Let Knockout knock the dirt off your car and give a color light show while cleaning. Give them a try. Blow guns and vacuums at all the many cleaning stations.3 months agoI love this carwash! Every time I go there the gentlemen that work there are always very professional and friendly. I haven’t been able to go as much recently due to all of the rain so today when I went they gave me a free upgrade on my wash. I loved it so much I might upgrade my subscription the next time I go. Highly recommended5 months agoIt’s a great location. Free vacuums. I wish they would spend a little more time spraying the trunk area of the car. I’m tired of coming out of the wash and the dirt on the trunk around the tail lights and license plate is still there9 months agoWhat’s not to love with all the options on how to have your car washed AND free vacuums. Sucks you have to pay $20 to have the undercarriage of your car washed in the winter if you don’t have the plan where you pay monthly. When I lived in the area I bought the membership and made it worth the money. This is the best car wash company in the capital district though, there’s no debating that.6 months agoI had gone to the East Greenbush Hoffman’s, and while trying to vacuum out the car I noticed the suction was too low to pick up anything. Just as I was getting my head out of the car, one of the workers at Hoffman’s came right over and took the hose off and sure enough someone had sucked up a towel and it was stuck. He threw a second hose on and started vacuuming out my car, and said “This should work much better !!”. Every one of the workers are very nice and very helpful. Whew where do I begin… I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option so 1 star it is…
Welp… I had to come back here twice to have them clean my interior and exterior. (Wasted my time, gas, energy and money).
They said they couldn’t run my car through the traditional car wash and offered me touch less. Ok and my car is still dirty- both exterior and interior.
I also requested a scent and the interior cleaned. Why was my trunk(which I specifically asked to have cleaned) the same way it looked when I arrived???? So was the inside of my car (minus light vacuuming).
I highly suggest you wash your own car. This is one thing I will never waste my money on again.
This car wash experience was truly a 5 star all the way! I always opt for the works — cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle; which basically entails a detailing. Price cannot be beat. And everyone is so friendly and pleasant. It really makes my day going to Hoffman Carwash Colonie location!!!
It was my husband’s birthday today, so I thought to give his cars a wash. Paid 45 dollars each for both cars and it was like I wasted my money.
I came back home cleaning inside a car I just washed. I feel so unhappy with the services from this place. If the workers there don’t like their job let them quite instead of running the business down or giving it a bad name.I took pictures, didt see the place where to upload it.
I went to get my car cleaned and there was some grit on the side. I asked to talk to the manager, who was wonderful. He told me that it was brake dust and showed my how it can be removed. Then I opened my trunk and realized that it had been missed. The manager was wonderful! He took time to clean the trunk himself and everything looked great. I highly recommend this Hoffman’s car wash.
Great service all the time. I just wish they would drive the cars so fast during interior cleaning when they wipe them down and also wipe them down better
