  I rarely leave a negative review.

  I drove up today hoping to get my car washed and was disappointed. I was ready to purchase a monthly pass for $29 for unlimited washes, but I had no choice as to where they would stick the bar code on my windshield. I explained to the young man that I did not want the sticker visible from the inside but wanted it where the “black” part of the glass started. Having a black dashboard, anything on the dash has a glare or reflection. He called for his manager, who spent 2 minutes spewing policy at me about where the sticker had to be placed. I explained my concerns to her, and she recited the policy again. I declined the monthly membership and could not back out because of my position in line. I was forced to purchase a car wash and make my way through. Looking at my car after the wash was disappointed again. Water streaks were everywhere on top of the vehicle, but the sides were relatively okay. See pictures.

  Sorry young lady acting as a “manager,” the company you speak for should reconsider where the stickers are stuck. Will not use again and will cancel the membership I have for my other car.

  I drove my car around the corner to “Wigley’s Inside ‘N Out” hand wash, and for $20, I had my vehicle restored to its shiny self. Support local small businesses instead.

  I was just there and purchased a high end wash. My truck was barely dirty when I entered, my wheels and tailgate are still filthy! I’m glad I passed on the monthly pass!

  Friendly staff in every location I’ve been to in the Spokane area. I do feel as though sometimes the person ushering you into the car wash area doesn’t give enough room in between the cars. I understand that the bell will ring, and the car wash will stop if there is an issue but it is still stressful when you feel like the car behind you is going to hit you if you don’t gas it when it releases your tires! I know I’m not the only one who feels this way! I do like the free vacuums after your wash.

  Great place to wash and vacuum your vehicles. I have the unlimited premium car wash subscription, which I use quite frequently to keep my truck nice and shiny on a weekly basis. I would highly recommend giving this place a try out for your vehicle wash needs.

  Been taking my 4 vehicles and my 5 taxi cabs to BOTH North locations for as long as i can remember, and i moved here in 1999. BOTH of the North locations Managers & most of the employees there knew my first name, always recognized my Wrangler & my C-10 when i was pulling in. Over the last several years though, the turnover (even before SARS cousin came to town) has been so that i don’t know ANYONE anymore. They always knew what to do when i pulled in with my soft top jeep & my pickup.

  It’s still a great operation and car wash….MOST of the time? I can’t agree with their higher pricing anymore though.😐😔

  Pros: Large bays for washing larges vehicles or trailers. It’s clean and well maintained. Well lit.

  Cons: 3 dollars to start is not a competitive price for Spokane, I prefer to wash my car more frequently and in under 2 minutes which I can do elsewhere for 1 dollar. Water pressure is not amazing. Soap/rinse takes 30 seconds to transition.

  Got stuck in the bay. Both doors down. Called emergency number and man was iritated that I bothered him. Waited 10 minutes and called back. A young man finally showed up and moved me to the next bay and gave me a free wash. Went back recently with a car that wasn’t that dirty. Just road dust and dirty windows. Got home and looked as if it wasn’t washed at all. Will never go back.

  Fairly clean stalls, vaccums worked well. Trash cans slightly over filled. Car wash pretty reasonable. Does the job when washing your car. Music super loud and constantly playing classic rock.

  It’s mediocre. Half of the washing stations are usually closed. Can be pricy if you don’t monitor your time while washing your car. Last time the machine robbed us an extra 2 dollars, but didn’t give us the time for it.

  If you are able to get into a wash station without waiting in a long line behind the building it is well worth it. I’d recommend if you wanted to put cleaning detail on your car yourself. Plenty of room to clean the interior and exterior. They provide vacuums as well.

  A great place. Paid for the $14 wash.

  As you can see the van was a mess prior to going through the wash.

  Came out pretty clean for not touching th car.
