  My first time here yesterday for a wash because my SUV really needed it especially the rims. I didn’t expect much to help the rims from road grime but I was super surprised that they cleaned up really well! I paid for the second tier $20 and I am pleased with the outcome. I will be back.

  i payed $60 for this car wash and i expected a lot more for the interior, it’s still dirty, i had to show the guy where to clean and all the spots he missed, absolutely not, im not coming again.

  Paid $35 just for interior to be cleaned and job was terrible. Backseat left with terrible spots of water/Clorox residue smell. Unfortunately I didn’t check before leaving. Once I saw and smelled had to quickly clean to avoid stains. The interior was also left with a patchy leather cleaner. For the money spent to clean inside and outside could have gone elsewhere to have better service.

  I am only using this car wash until I find a better alternative. I don’t mind to pay a little more for adequate service.
  The 24.99$ subscription gives you the exact same wash than the one for $29.99 monthly. If you get lucky, you get them spray some liquid over your tires. I had the $29.99 service, my boyfriend the $24.99 so I was able to compare the cares side by side. There is no rain protection on the $29.99 service at all. I went to change my service mid of my payment cycle. You have to chase down the manager for it. It was not a quick task, but giving him credit, he was cleaning cars with his employees. I specifically asked when would the service change, he said beginning of the new payment cycle when I start paying less. He lied to me, because I washed my car after I talked to him and I received the regular cheaper trim wash. It doesn’t matter, but it confirms how much they don’t care about their customers.

  The car wash itself is alright. The vacuums are very weak and because they’re free always packed. The layout causes bad delays in entering the car wash because the exit is right onto the main road. My biggest issue with this company is the membership plan. The cancellation procedure is archaic. Having to try and read numbers off the sticker on your front windshield that is already on an Angle is a mission. These stickers also start to come apart with age and numbers fade. Even after I was able to take a photo and zoom in the cancellation form online kept saying they can’t locate my account. I have no doubt this is meant to make you forgo cancelling your account. I had to end up calling American express and disputing the charges to cancel my account.

  Couldn’t be happier with Ecowash. I called and they were extremely helpful over the phone- drove over during lunch and had a friend bring another one of my cars. I showed up and they recommended a silver and platinum service wash. All done by hand and it came out perfect. They treated my classics extremely well and with care. I’ll be back for sure.

  Close attention to detail, friendly service, and overall top quality. I got the gold package with the new car scent and exterior wax, which left both the interior and exterior sparkling. I even had another customer approach me saying how impressed he was because black is so much harder to get to that level of shine. Will definitely be back!

  All over not a bad car wash but This place stays busy so Keep that in mind when you are just going for a quick wash off …also a lot of people will still wipe off their cars with a damp cloth even after getting out the car wash …I see that as just being a little extra in my opinion but 4 stars

  This is a one way in- one way out location.

  Vacuum first, because if not, you’ll have to enter to vacuum right where you came from(towards car wash), and if there’s a long line for the car wash, you may have to go right through the car wash again in order to get out because cars will be blocking you.

  I’m not too fond of the set-up, but it works when everyone vacuums first.

  Car wash doesn’t seem as great as the Little Havana location, and I have EL BEST. Happened twice that I came out of the car wash and soap scum was smeared all over the back part of the car. Don’t think the rinse really works here. Also for some reason. The big dry roller that supposedly dries the entire top of the car at the end of the car wash doesn’t work (neither at the Little Havana location.

  Not too impressed with what’s going on especially since I’ve seen the price is going up.

  Similar to the other locations. I took 1 star for the fact that you vacuum before driving through the car wash and there are no spots to detail/touch up spots that the machine didn’t dry. This means you have to bring your own cloths and park on the street to finish drying or wait till you get home.

  It works for me, with a subscription you can keep your car clean and shiny all the time, you can wash as many times as you need, very well if your car gets dirty frequently, the negative is that some machines do not work very well. Thanks

  They are thief, if you are paying for ceramic wash , they are not applying the appropriate liquid, for the tires, wax etc.
  be ware if you e mail and request to cancel your membership. They will continue to charge you for a full month. If you do not tell them by calling you want a refund.
