Lo recomiendo3 weeks agoThis location according to me gets the most numbers of cars everyday. The workers still keep it clean and make sure everyone is taken care of. I have been a regular at this location for over a year now and I have been to other locations a couple of times too. The issue with this location is that the vacuum machines, only maybe 25% of them have good suction and the rest of them have little to no suction. I also found that many other locations have compressed air guns to use. I think this location should also get that. I really hope the management people look into it and fix the vacuum issue. Hopefully they also install those compressed air guns. Other than that this a great location and kudos to the team there managing it so well.4 months agoShowed up here hesitant to pass my mustang through the wheel grabber carwash system afraid it was too low, however Employee Alain was able to check clearance to make sure I could pass through and recommended a great monthly wash package that got my car ready for the weekend looking super shiny. Thanks Alain! And thank you el carwash for the free vacuums and towels came in handy7 months agoZero Stars if possible. This place like the one in Hialeah is nothing more than really bad. i paid 20 bucks to get my Camaro cleaned up and it doesnt remove any tar or bugs that get stuck on the surface. Tire shine included BS. Look at the pictures. Also, I had some tire inflator caps and now they are gone. Torn apart by the inside machines. You fellows are better to a traditional car wash where real people wash your car. Also, the customer service is only gathering at the entrance gates. Speaking among them meanwhile the customers waiting to be attended. Worse place ever.Edit: you should use their vacuum for free and then go to the Shell Gas Station right next to it to get a proper wash. 4 bucks instead of 20 and u get the same results Bargain
2 months agoAll El Car Wash is the best. But this location really is best always clean.. well kept. The attendants are prompt and ready to assist. The vacums always working. And powerful. It make cleaning our vehicle not a job but enjoyment. And our rides spotless and clean and fresh

5 months agoGood place to Always get a quick car wash with the varied of monthly package they offer. I have the el best which also cleans the tires. Staff is nice, the place gets busy all the time. I like getting wipes from them and cleaning the interior while I’m vacuuming the car. They also have a mat cleaning station. Love this place and will definitely recommend getting a membership.4 months agoI have the monthly membership here and I love it. There are some smaller locations but it’s a quick wash no need to get off the car unless you need to vacuum the car. You can go as many times as you’d like and it leaves your car sparkly clean.6 months agoFree vacuum and cleaning rugs no rubber mats. The only thing wrong is that you cant leave forward u have to reverse and leave. They need to put an exit. I was nearly hit by a car today and the driver and I got into an argument.2 months agoI regularly use El car Wash but I tend to avoid this particular location. They have it set up in a way that they don’t want you to come back in and clean out the car after you drive through the wash and therefore do not offer towel service which is part of what you pay for in the monthly membership fee. This is a bit ridiculous in my opinion because the car wash usually leaves a decent amount of dust and water on the vehicle. If you wanted to look good, you have to pull over and wipe down the wheels, excess water, etc.a week agoAmazing place, has everything you could ever need to wash your car. Super quick as well.

My first time here yesterday for a wash because my SUV really needed it especially the rims. I didn’t expect much to help the rims from road grime but I was super surprised that they cleaned up really well! I paid for the second tier $20 and I am pleased with the outcome. I will be back.
I went to them after a friend referred me and it was the worst job I’ve seen!! The young kid has no idea what it means to detail a car. He left my rims dirty and barely vacuumed inside!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially after paying $53 + $10 tip to the kid😡😡😡 I’ve got pics of what I’m stating!!!
Prices are good & the place is easy to use. One star down cause I did pay extra to have them dry and vacuum the inside of my car, but I think the girl was training, and the effort was not there. The other employer doing the car next to mine, he did go above and beyond, and I wish he was the one who cleaned my car. I will come back though because overall I am satisfied
Let’s me realistic, I paid 79 dollars and the before and after are amazing. I didn’t expect a full recovery clean. This is way better than I thought it would be. Definitely plan on coming back for my front seats.
I’ve been going to Busy Bee for years and never had a problem. I was always happy with their employees (most of them are friendly), but had a bad experience yesterday. Waiting at the fast lane for a while, the car in front of me wanted to back up suddenly and almost hit me. So I honked, rolled my window down and asked the employee what was going on. She started screaming at me to back up, which I did, very slowly since I had another car behind me. Then suddenly she screamed in a very nasty tone to move forward. When I asked her what was wrong and why she was screaming, she kept on yelling at me and my passenger to have patience, move it, move it. Last not least yelling ” have a nice day” about 7 times in a very sarcastic manner. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, does management not train their employees to treat all clients with respect? I went to complain to the manager who apologized, but after this encounter, I will cancel my membership and take my business to another car wash.
