a month agoMy car came out looking worse than it did before the ‘wash’. Not only did the wash fail to get any dirt off of my car, my car came out covered in blue and purple streaks. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the $20 charge.2 months agoTerrible service. I washed (by self wash) my car with triple foam, then this beautiful foam had stuck on my car. Pressure of water wasn’t enough to take this foam out of my car. Cat looked like a zebra but with yellow, purple and orange stripes. I started to use water and hands to clean it up. And of course to use water I have to pay. But worst thing was that employee who don’t speak English (or don’t want to), started rushing me to be faster because one lady wait for exactly my spot. I tried to show him why I spending my time and money, he just said “ohhh, bad”. Half of hour which I tried to clean it every 2 minutes he reminding to me to be faster. When I finished and move out my car, I saw that lady gave him a tips for harassing me… worst place ever. I’m not sure that I can recommend it even to an enemy… Some spots still with me7 months agoTerrible car wash. Spent $20 fir the touchless wash and car was filthy after (see last 2 pictures, same result on other areas of car including windows). Attendant mentioned that machine was having issues the past few days, if so, why keep it open and charge people. He used his card to allow me use the self wash bay for free but since he was finishing his shift, it wasn’t long enough to clean the car. I went back and spent another $16 for the self wash bay and the car still isn’t clean (see first 2 pics), not sure what’s going on here, I followed the procedure outlined in the wash bay and have never had these issues with various washes in Malde and along rout 1 in Sagus/Peabody. So I spent $36 and still have a dirty car2 weeks agoService there’s no service they scan your car and and press a button that sends you through. When it was Randy’s carwash they would scrub the back of the car they would scrub the sides of the cars and hit your wheels real quick because the car wash does not hit everything on your car these guys don’t do anything and on top of it it’s hard to find someone that actually speaks English. They don’t even fold in your mirrors! There is a sign out front that makes you responsible for everything. Make sure you fold in your mirrors Make sure you remove your antenna Make sure there’s no loose pieces on your vehicle these guys don’t look for any of that and yet there’s a big box that says tips for what you don’t do nothing you don’t even step out of the booth Randy’s car Wash was a service center this place is basically automated and no service other than that you get somewhat of a decent wash free vacs and free air for your tires but you have to bring your own tire gauge.4 months agoTouchless is down again. I am so sick of this happening… it is every week. Im outside of it right now and the sign is up that says “Touchless is Open!” It isn’t open drove all the way over saw the sign and its blocked off by cones!!!!! This happens every single week I am so annoyed. I pay for a monthly wash pass and cant use it!!!!! Horrible to have people pay and not provide them with the service they pay for I feel like I am being swindled I am going to contact the BBB about this.

3 weeks agoWent here around 10pm one night out of desperation because my car was so filthy I had trouble seeing out of the windshield. There are predators waiting here at night knowing there is nobody around. I felt someone watching me and realized this inmate looking man was standing at my bay watching me, basically sizing me up on whether or not he could get away with jumping me. Then realized I was a woman and asked for money to drive his parents to the airport. I left with soap all over my truck and had to rinse it with a hose from work when I got there. Get some security up in there before someone gets hurt, seriously. Will NEVER go back and I really liked the fact that you could pay with debit/credit at the self serve bays. Was very impressed and seems like a great car wash. Very unfortunate for them they don’t have security.2 months agoWonderful place for washing you cara year agoWorst Carwash I have ever been to. Made the mistake of thinking the drive thru was touch free. By the time i got up there, male working said I could not turn around due to very long line of cars. Scratched hood of my Brand new car, swir marks, dirt not removed from car smeared around. Do not take your car herein the last weekThis is a very popular spot, so good luck trying to get a spot to get your car vacuumed.2 months agoI pay a monthly subscription at ScrubaDub. However, the vacuums rarely work. The wash is nice but honestly will end my subscription since the vacuums are hardly ever working.

Free vacuums are nice, however the car wash itself sucks. Waste of money. $30 wash ended up sealing all the dirt to my car & now it won’t rub out after I went home and now have to wash it myself. Created more work than it fixed for me. Paid for the undercarriage cleaning & it’s apparent nothing was even sprayed under my car. The guy taking care of the front-end service couldn’t even understand me when I was trying to explain my car was still dirty so I just gave up. Wash your car yourself if you can seriously.

The best part is the free vaccum 24 hrs . Its crazy
I was once offered a monthly pass for 1 cent. But since it was towards the end of the month I was charged 20 $ for the next month.
But their customer service at the HQ is amazing.
The refunded the amount very quickly and were very responsive over email.

So far so good. Car wash seems to do a good job and free vacuuming is always nice. Staff is always polite and helpful when needed.
