2 months agoLiterally the worst I’ve ever experienced when it comes to car cleaning/detail. I paid for the most expensive option they had just to leave with a car not even cleaned whatsoever and damage to the interior. Extremely upsetting and all I got in return was a refund. But who’s going to have to deal with the interior that was damaged? Me. This is 1 photo of the damage done. This was after I left! You can tell just in this picture that my car wasn’t cleaned inside WHATSOEVER. Makes no sense at all.But as I read the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident! Wish I would have read them before because the value of my car just went down!
a month agoThese guys are awesome, couldn’t have asked for better customer service! They deserve a raise for how hard they’re working out there in the summer heat! They got my car looking right after I’ve been out of the country for months and my friend had it parked under a tree.2 months agoHave been using this location to clean my Ioniq 5 roughly weekly for over a year now and have been consistently pleased with the job they have done. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. Car is cleaned well and handled diligently and quickly. Any issue I’ve had have been addressed by the GM in a timely manner. Can highly recommend this location.a year agoNot sure what the $40 interior/exterior car wash was supposed to cover but clearly should have been more than they did. Yes they vacuumed but apparently no wiping down the interior and this cost $40! This was not the 1st time I’ve been disappointed and will not be going back.a year agoI subscribe to the unlimited interior and exterior car clean. I pay over $60 per month for the service and believe me the service is subpar. I just left this location and I told the young man that my seat was still dirty and had crumbs in the seat and he told me that they don’t do the seats with the car wash. I will be deactivating my plan and I will never come to Autobell again because this is ridiculous. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service from the location on Virginia Beach Blvd. or Independence Blvd. I’m throwing my money away at this point. I can wash my car myself or go to the longshoreman hall on Princess Anne Road; those guys do a phenomenal job

7 months agoI’ve been coming to this car wash for three years and have never had a bad experience. I appreciate the availability of machines to clean floor mats and the free vacuums. However, there’s room for improvement in the hiring of better employees as I’ve noticed a lack of prewash scrub during multiple visits. Overall, it’s a great place and inexpensive. Keep up the great work!a year agoAfter eating lunch, I noticed a sign across the street for a $7 express car wash plus free vacuum. I really just needed the vacuum but nothing wrong with a car wash. I decided to stop by. It was a Monday afternoon around 3:25pm.They have 4 options: -Bronze ($7): PRE-SOAK PENETRATING SPRAY, SPA FOAM CLEANER, SPA SOFI CLOTH TUNNEL WASH, SPOT FRE RINSE, IN-TUNNEL WHEEL CLEANER -Silver ($10): INCLUDES BRONZE EXTERIOR PLUS: FOAM POLISH WAX, TRIPLE COAT FOAM WAX, TIRE SHINE, UNDERBODY RINSE w/ RUST INHIBITOR -Gold ($14): Silver plus Rain-X -Platinum ($18): INCLUDES ALL EXTERIOR WASH PACKAGES PLUS: SPA CARNAUBA WAX (FORMS PROTECTIVE BARRIER LEAVING A DURABLE SHINE & LASTING PROTECTION)
I got the silver for $10. I didn’t care about the other stuff. While paying, they offered glass cleaner and clothes for an additional $3. I really like how they have a huge mirror to help guide your tires to go in the car wash. Also, the attendance really took the time to pre rinse the windows and car use the brush. This makes me rethink the membership I have back home in NC. I may need to cancel and find a new one.
I saw signs saying no loud music, which is understandable. They have a floor mat cleaner that was broken. They have another sign saying to limit vacuum use to 8 minutes or less during peak times. There was only a few cars present. It wasn’t very busy at all during my visit.
After the car wash, the front fender/grill on my car was still dirty. However, I can say that’s typically the case with most Drive Thru car washes. I will add that I occasionally get my car professional washed. It may be time to get it done again. However, for this car wash, it wasn’t bad. I would return. No real complaints from me!

Paid $18 and it didn’t even clean the roof of our car.2 weeks agoI needed to have my car washed as my husband had died on Monday. When I pulled in, Barry Was smiling and very Pleasant. I mentioned my situation and wished me sincere condolences. While I was sweeping,he offered me some wipes and coupons for future purchases. Barry gave me such a sweet smile and energy in a sad time! You need more folks like him!!!a month agoJust purchased the gold package and ran my car thru the wash and it chipped the paint on my hood. When I brought the problem to the supervisor she immediately tried to state that I was lying and that if I didn’t have a previous photo of before I went through the wash it was nothing she could do. After asking for a incident report form she directed me to call the corporate office who has no answering service. The customer service i experienced my 1st time here was terrible it’s plenty of other place you can go wash your car other than here.

Despite the high price, this car wash remains an excellent choice. The diligent staff members work tirelessly to maintain the cleanliness of the facility while also engaging in friendly conversation with patrons. On a few occasions, I have noticed that my vehicle did not receive the pre-scrub that is supposed to be included in the package, which is a bit disappointing given the price of $20+. However, the abundance of clean towels, window cleaner, and all-purpose cleaner available for customer use, in addition to the complimentary vacuums, more than compensates for this slight inconvenience. Overall, I would still recommend this car wash to anyone in search of a top-notch cleaning experience. The overall atmosphere is so pleasant and welcoming that it makes the price tag worth it.
Wish the back of my suv and truck were done better. I have my vehicles on there monthly plans. Well worth it. The free vacuum and cleaners when your done make this a great place to keep them autos clean.
Most attentive “prep” prior to going through the automated wash. Plenty of towels and spray bottles. First place where they have had an “air detailed” pistol to spray air to remove dust and sand. Highly recommend
Service is great , wash is quick but not too quick, and they give air fresheners 😊. Jeffrey has been here my whole tenure and he has great hospitality, there are a few others I could name but it’s all love ❤️. A pleasure doing business with you all !
I’ve been coming here now for about a year and truly look forward to my car wash experiences! The staff is very helpful, the wash is thorough and the vacuums are have strong suction. I would really love to have the mat cleaners back like they did when they first opened. Happy cleaning!
