2 weeks agoDon’t get your interior washed here!! Couldn’t refund me an overcharge, I have to call customer service? Okay. So then I paid for two interior washes only for my car not to be clean when they were done, when I said something they asked if I wanted it re-cleaned… well duh. Definitely worth paying a little more to have all your trash taken out, and hair and dust cleaned off the inside! Bonus points for just closing my console shut instead of cleaning it3 months agoEvery place is going to have mistakes, the mark of true customer service is how they deal with those mistakes. I got my car detailed at Mr Carwash at least 4 times without incident. But the last time I went, they misplaced my driver’s side floor mat. It went home with another customer in their car. I just didn’t notice when I got into my car and drove home. Upon discovery, I drove over there and the manager was apologetic and reviewed the tape to see that indeed they put my floor mats into the wrong car. I was a little angry, but I kept my cool. The manager then offered to call the people who had my floor mats and get them back. He said if they didn’t return the floor mat, they would buy me a new floor mat. Sure enough, the customer never returned my floor mat, despite the manager’s best efforts, and so they had to order some new floor mats. Today they game me a new complete set of floor mats (not cheap) for my trouble and gave me a free detailing, so I didn’t have to put my new floor mats on a dirty floor. That’s how you earn a customer for life.a year ago*** Update Mister Car Wash never replied to my email. They do not care. If you own a truck and use this car wash it will not be clean. I started using Quality car wash down the road and they are cheaper and my truck is actually clean. Every time I go to the car wash my truck is never clean it looks horrible don’t waste your moneya week agoCan’t get the back of pick up truck clean. Please note in the pic below from 10:50 this morning I asked the attendant to spray the back….3 months agoWent to get my first basic detail from mister yesterday on 8/6/23. After waiting 30+ mins I finally get my car back, and there are crumbs and grit all over my backseat that was clearly not even attempted to be cleaned. So I ask for the manager and show her this weak “basic detail” I received and she reluctantly agrees to “clean” the back seat again. After my car is cleaned for a second time I come back to my car to find small belongings of mine outside of the vehicle on the ground. It rubbed me the wrong way but I was already so upset with the service that I was just ready to leave. I went home and eventually realized later that evening some things were taken out of my trunk. I am such a huge perfectionist when it comes to my vehicle, so when I noticed a sandy yellowing on my headlights, I had to get them fixed. The office staff was so nice and when they quoted me for them, they gave me a discount because they weren’t actually as bad as their “normal cliental” with yellowed/oxidized lights. Highly recommend!!3 months agoMy toddler mom car needed a lot of tlc after three years of just vacuuming and wipe downs. Crystal Clean did a FABULOUS job. We had used them a few years ago for my husband’s car and we figured they’d do a great job again. My expectations were met and all of the sand, cracker crumbs, and various ick was gone. I got the deluxe package and they took her 2017 Subaru Outback that smelled like cigs and had been taken around the block a few too many times if ya know what I mean and made her look like a brand new car right off the lot!! I also called on a Monday and they got me in next day and even delivered the car to me because I didn’t have a ride back to pick the car up. Literally the best service.
