2 weeks agoI don’t like that there are no family plans and several of the locations have vacuums that don’t function well. It is really hard to clean your car with a vacuum that has no suction. Other places have far more options and amenities for a lower price. I’d really love it if they would at least have a brush and bucket to help when your car has a ton of bugs or salt from driving.If it wasn’t the closest to my house, I would choose another facility.
11 months agoQuick and cheap car wash, got the job done for my SUV and staff was nice. However once I got home I looked at my car and realized there were horizontal hairline scratches on it, most notably on the plastic parts. My car is literally brand new, just a few months old so I know it is not from wear and tear, and I hand washed before winter started. While at quick glance they are not noticeable, if this car wash scratches my car after one basic wash, over time it will cause significant damage. This car wash needs to assess whatever brushes they are using because unlimited customers may likely become unhappy customers if they come here year round, and unhappy that my plastic sides are already scratched. More expensive than most car washes for just the basic wash and no complementary towels to dry off. Their soap was a little stinky as well. Didn’t leave my car feeling fresh like I would’ve liked.5 months agoThis place is always super busy, but they have 2 washes and at least 4 entrances, which helps things move along better. Just the right amount of soap and water to remove the grime. They used to have problems with leaving a lot of soap on my car, but that was remedied long ago. Great place, great staff, and solid car wash.As of Feb 11, 2023 we’re back to having lots of leftover soap on the car. Wasn’t especially cold or anything either. Maybe an off day, so we’ll see if it’s a pattern next week.

3 weeks agoI just went through the South Jordan car wash this afternoon and I was horrified at what my windows looked like when the sun hit them on my way home. They are filthy, and I mean filthy. Are you people using dirty, cold water or what? The rest of my car looked good, so I don’t know what caused this. But it’s REALLY dirty and very difficult to get off, if it’s even off now.I keep my car in the garage all the time, never park it outside, so I just wanted to get the dust off of it.
It’s crazy that the windows came out with more dirt than they went in with. And it makes me worry that there might be scratches in the paint now from filthy water.
I’ve been using this car wash since you opened it, and driving way out of my way to go there. But I’m afraid this will be my last time. Don’t want to waste my money. But how can you go through this car wash and come out with everything clean except the glass?
4 years agoIf you want to get a cheap car wash that also scratches your car up and then have the manager of the car wash disregard your complaints, then this is the car wash for you. My husband took one of our cars here last week for a quick $3 wash because it just needed a rinse. He came home and I noticed several substantial scratches on the doors, top and from of the car that resembled the swiping motions a car wash would make over the car. Yes, my car did have a few other scratches that I was aware of before, but these were new and very obvious.We went back immediately, spoke to their manager, and filled out the necessary paperwork so they would cover the damages to our car. Then we waited about a week to hear back from them, just to have them tell us that the marks were “inconsistent” with scratches that a car wash would make and that they probably happened when he was vacuuming the car afterwards. Seriously?! They look EXACTLY like the kind of scratches that the cloths in a car wash would make. The plastic vacuum hoses didn’t even touch the car and wouldn’t make scratches like this in paint if they did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Thank you!5 months agoI love that they have free vacuums and towels to wipe down anything you want after you go through the wash. They also have a machine that cleans carpeted mats. Some free cleaning products (e.g. spray bottles) would make this place even better!5 months agoThis place was amazing… the guy standing help to go inside to wash the car. It is not even 5 min. Great location and they offer towels for drying your vehicle and vacuums. If you have a truck be sure the bed is cleared out.
I used to love Quick Quack from the customer service to the wash itself. I like the new license plate reading to make the line go quicker but then it’s hard to get a wipe with your visit. I love the towels they offer to help dry off your car but my car still has plenty of soap on the car so it feels like a need to use the towels instead of an option.
Every month it feels they add something awesome but a step back in another area of the service
Prices were much cheaper before.
Now they’re just overpriced.
You can get a better car wash with rain x spray provided to clean the insides.
Paid $26 for the ceramic coat and didn’t even clean my car good enough.
I recently had my car washed at this establishment, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. Isaac, one of the employees, really stood out with his exceptional service. He was not only efficient but also incredibly polite and attentive to every detail of the car wash. My vehicle looked brand new when he was done. I appreciate Isaac’s hard work and dedication to making my car shine. I highly recommend this car wash, especially with employees like Isaac who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!
This location’s customer service is excellent! I was cleaning my car, and somehow my battery died, I also didn’t have any jumper cables on me, but Parker was able to help me out and help jump start my car! Im thankful to him and this car wash’s friendly and supportive staff!
