They have multiple shop and don’t care if you are not happy. Very Rude. While drying off my vehicle I was a bit bothered by the amount of dirt that was still on my truck. The wheels and tires were not cleaned nor shined as included in my subscription.
I brought my concern to the manager who had us go through again. My wheels and tires were still dirty. The first photo is after second wash and the other is after the first. Then one of the employees didn’t want to dry my vehicle the second time.
I would not recommend this location, nor do I intend to return. The stars that were given are for the attempt to address my concern
The worse car wash! Would give 0 stars if could. Just left there to see that they didn’t even dry my car off smh. Then the amout of dirt still on the car was insase. Had my car looking worse then when it went in. Will never go back
Their carwash system washed my car very well, including the tires. Staff were efficient in directing the car into the wash bay, and the towel dryers also did a good job.
I do recommend this spot to clean all dirt & grime “spots” off your car!
The staff has really changed over the years, now the girl in the beginning is too busy on her phone to watch my wheel and actually rinse my car, the person at the kiosk doesn’t even speak, (very rude). Today the hand towel dry was ok but usually there is only one guy who actually cares and does it correctly everyone else barely dries. I’m totally ready to cancel my membership and go elsewhere or do it myself.
This place sucks. It’s called Jax Kar Wash now. They no longer take cash, and they still fail at getting your vehicle remotely clean, despite charging $10.
Absolute trash, and the misspelling of car is really off-putting.
