a month agoGreat customer service! They have towels to dry your car as well as window cleaner. The vacuums work well and there is also pressurized air. It’s not too crowded. I take my new and old cars to wash here often.a month agoPHENOMENAL. Love the customer service here, the wash is fantastic, there are free vacuums, and my car looks beautiful for $20 per month.I was horrendously overcharged at another carwash down the street, and came here as a result. I’m so glad I found it.
9 months agoMy car was extremely dirty from a trip up in the mountains, completely covered in dirt and salt. Needed to get it cleaned asap so I gave this location a shot and left extremely satisfied. The first run through the wash didn’t really do the job because I drive a Jeep Wrangler and the brushes couldn’t reach the curves, but after talking to the manager, Ric, he personally went out of his way to send my car through again cleaning it up to perfection. Thank you Ric!a year agoWent there today and it didn’t even come close to getting my car clean. With the added water spots it may actually be dirtier than before I went (even paying extra for spot free rinse). The tire shine was sloppily applied and the rims are still filthy. The bird poo and bug spots were also still there. It didn’t even remove the basic dust and grime as you see in the photos. So very disappointed. I will not be going back that’s for sure. The “under new management” is a flop.a month agoI would leave a negative number if i could, i moved from tallahassee January 2021 and called and had my membership canceled, the next month i was charged again, called back and they said they canceled it and refunded me. I recently hired a financial advisor last week which noticed I’ve been charged 21.49 since I’ve canceled my membership which adds up to be $429.80. I’ve tried calling the past few days and no one answers the phone, i just left a voicemail in hopes to get a call back to get this worked out and stop charging me, I live in TX. Will the owner please reach out to me and help correct this issue.

It’s a nice clean car wash with a vacuum that will suck but could be stronger. I came here with a free car wash coupon that allowed me to choose any car wash. There is an issue with it, but luckily, there is a person posted by the machine to help with issues. My vehicle is much cleaner after the “best” option, and the free vacuums are the reason I go to a car wash. While the vacuums do work and are better than some other places, they fall in the middle of the strength of the suction compared to other placessl in tallahassee.
The love I have for this car wash is deep and pure. The wash does a great job on the outside of your vehicle, but the absolute perfection that sets this place above the rest is the vacuum area. The vacuums are strong and plentiful, and boy do they need to be after a summer of road-trips. I especially love the pressurized air nozzles—there’s something deeply satisfying about blasting the sand, dirt, and crumbs the kids and their friends have blissfully left behind. Also I’d me remiss to not mention the friendly, helpful attendants who bring complimentary towels and cleaning spray. In summary, we love this car wash and you will too.
I love the concierge service they have here. They meet you at the gate they bring you through the gates and they’ll even take your mats out and wash them for you.
Super helpful staff and amazing energy that goes on around here no moping around and always having something to do. My kind of car wash right here.
Absolutely great car wash. The people are always friendly and helpful if needed. The equipment is clean and functions well. A membership is affordable, and worth every penny I highly recommend!
