a week agoI really feel bad to give the one star but this location is deserve only one star when I’m enter the car wash. My car is looks clean but after the wash is looks more dirty. It’s really small Location and sprinkle is not work after sprinkle. The dryer is not working properly Soap is still on my windshield my hood everywhere on my car and after that it’s it’s a messy so sorry guys I’m always going to the 38th St., but I don’t have a time to go to any other location so I choose the sixth Avenue is my bad decision I never come again on this location👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽2 months agoThe only car wash I trust so far. Even with Sixth Ave closed for repairs, the crew from Sixth is working at other locations. 2 months agoI would definitely not recommend going to this car wash. First time there spent $20 on the ultimate car wash and the entire back was pretty much missed. The lack of attention to detail and resulting poor quality of the car wash has left me very disappointed. Do your self a favor and go to a different car wash.5 months agoClassy Chassis is a great deal for an automated car wash. The staff is very helpful and they have towels available to dry off cars after the wash. The vacuum bays are a little tight but they work fine for the price. The minutes seemed just about the right amount of time to vacuum the front and back floors of the car. I did have to pay for additional time, but I also hadn’t taken the car to get cleaned up for several months. I guess it really depends on how much debris is on the floors to be cleaned. The front bumper and rear of the car needed a bit more cleaning to remove all the dirt. Probably have to move up from basic wash.2 months agoThe attendants were very friendly. The car washing quality was surprisingly good—the mold on the window seals were completely cleaned off!a month agoHuman & machine service provided was excellent! I frequent the University Place location more due to the proximity to my home.But definitely making the switch to this location. I like the human interaction provided in the service and the short technicolor show raises my endorphins. Worth the drive & the money when I’m not in the mood to hand wash my vehicle myself.
a month agoIt is a fair facility and they don’t force you to use credit. You still have the option of buying tokens for the vacuum. The vacuums have good suction but the attachment frequently falls off. The car wash does a brisk business. The value (money spent for what you get) is good.

Overcharging for the vacuums after you already buy even the best car wash. So lame, my bad for assuming the chain would be good in The Sound. Brown Bear sucks wherever you go, and don’t let their claim of preventing congestion seem reasonable, if you leave WA there are many chain car washes that include free vacuums, it’s part of the service!
Edit: I found a much better car wash with vacuums that are superior to and comparable in price at Airport Touchless Car Wash, here the vacuums even have carpet cleaning/shampoo service options!
This is my go to Brown Bear. The staff are always attentive and friendly. Whenever Giovanni there he’s professional and positive and leaves a lasting impression in an environment where it’s easy to treat customers as another transaction. Good job Brown Bear team. Keep up the great work.
I dislike the fact you have to pay to vacuum after you wash your car. It is cool if you want a quick wash. I wouldn’t recommend you getting a membership

The staff is always friendly and helpful. You can get free car air fresheners here, and the car wash itself is excellent. Even the basic package is great. The quality of the wash is always consistent. The lines always go by quickly as everything is automated and the staff is always smiling and on-point.
