2 months agoDO NOT GO HERE. Their machine broke the stem to my tire and I barely made it into the first parking spot before it was 100% flat and not drivable. The manager, Miranda, then was extremely defensive and took pictures of my vehicle to try and prove that it was my own vehicles fault that my BRAND NEW truck with less than 8000 miles valve stem ripped off and my tire was completely flat. Zero accountability and also unprofessional. I had to wait 2 hours for roadside assistance to come and assist me. I cancelled my membership for all 3 of my vehicles and I will never return. If you choose to go here, do so cautiously. THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. They also refuse to give corporate information out so you can make a claim. Like I said, BEWARE if you value your vehicle. The only claim they make, is their own claim with corporate documenting the incident and incorrectly describe what happened and then automatically “deny” based off what a minimum wage carwash manager stated happened. Not what the customer stated happened. I know it’s difficult finding good employees these days, but come on.a week agoI had a monthly service since they opened at a promotional rate. I had fraud on my bank acct that the car wash was linked to. My payment was rejected by the bank…I went to the car wash to explain. This is a very LG chain so locally they could not help me but referred me to the email and ph #. Needless to say that was useless just recordings. Locally they could no longer honor my original price since my bank acct number had changed. Needless to say I am very angry. I want to do business where I can talk to someone…preferable local.. don’t do business there. If u ever have an issue it will not be resolved. We have 4 choices of car washes locally9 months agoUsed there automatic wash, paid for the full $21 wash. The wash left lots of dirt streaks on the vehicle. Rated with +1 star because their vacuums are great, with 2 different attachments, a compressed air blower and a trash can you can really get a lot done. Wish this wash would of came out better… I’ll add a few pictures to give a reference of the dirt streaks I’m talking about.4 months agoExcellent service! Hands down best car wash in town attendant Tessa was very friendly and knowledgeable about the service they have to offera month agoQuick and clean. Facility was in excellent condition. No broken vacuum tubes. Staff spraying down my car also gave me a wipe and air freshener which was much appreciated.

4 months agoDon’t waste your time or money. My truck was only 70% vacuumed, the doors were not even “wet” towel wiped down and I specifically asked for no tire shire, I was questioned why I didn’t want it and they still put it on. As the employee was putting it on, I told him no tire shire and I received attitude. I would rather pay the extra $20 to have a company come to my house and hand wash it. That way, I know it’s done correctly.5 months agoAbsolutely unbelievably bad. Very impressed with the meet-and-greet. Paid for the ultimate, only to get the car and the dash was not completely wipe down the cup holders and the rest of the dash and console or not clean the door jambs were not cleaned and then when I sent it back for vacuuming because that was done poorly it still didn’t get done correctly. After speaking with the GM and trying to give a couple of the guys that were out there cleaning with very fine detail for the amazing job that they do, that apparently my car could not get, the GM proceeded to tell me that those were the veterans and he tries to tell his veterans to dial it down because the rest of the workers can’t do the same level of work… Are you kidding me… This is what this company has come to, by telling their good employees to not do such a good job and the other employees who are not doing a good job to just get the cars out the drive. I’m not kidding you when I tell you this is exactly what the GM told me face-to-face.2 months agoI’d do zero stars if it was an option. Took my vehicle to get derailed a year ago and it was awful. Detail was about $200, my designer cup was gone. Dust and carpets still dirty. I’ve had better $40 car washes. I had bought at the same time (before seeing the service on my vehicle) a gift card for my husband to get his truck serviced. Took it in recently to get detailed, they said the card had no money, called corporate headquarters there was $267 prepaid on it. Took it in to get washed/detailed they said you would have to make an appointment, still claiming gift card has $0. Notified cobblestone corporate who verified with surprise location funds are available. Husband called to book an appointment, the employee reported there is no need to book an appointment it’s a first come first serve. If we didn’t have this ridiculous prepaid card/service I would never venture there. Buyer beware, take your vehicle to the $5 car wash a mile down the road for a better wash, you can vacuum it better than cobblestone I am almost 100% positive of this.6 months agoI’ve had the unlimited membership for well over a year. They used to do a good job with cleaning my car. This last time was absolutely terrible. I’ve canceled my membership since I don’t make it in very often, when I do I’d like it to be cleaned well.a month agoMy truck was in dire need of a wash and cobblestone is the best spot for a wash in town. It’s always insanely busy so we paid and walked over to grab a bite to eat while we waited. Service at the pay counter is ok, but nothing to write home about. Store itself is clean and plenty of snack and drink options. If you don’t have time for a full detail they have drive thru option and self vacuum as well. The detailers work their butts off and we came back to a super clean truck.

Great business. Mike and Jesus are great. My wife and I have been taking our cars to various car washes over the last 20+ years and they are BY FAR the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They always take great care of us and the job the rest of the employees do as far as details and just regular washings are great. No issues. And both of us are very particular about the cleaning of our vehicles. Look at my truck, just got it detailed there. Would highly recommend this place of business and make sure you ask for Mike or Jesus.
What prompted me to write this review is something that happens fairly often. I get asked if my car is new. The reply is that “No, it’s a 2019 and four years old. Super Star keeps it looking new!” Mike is my go to Service Advisor and makes sure I have everything I need. When it’s detailing I need, Jesus is the best! I recommend Super Star to keep your car looking great and Mike and Jesus for awesome customer service every time!
I had a coupon for a free wash, so I decided to take my brand new car in. It was a full service wash which seemed great, but a manager of course tried to upsell me to get it detailed, I declined because I’m still under warranty with my dealership for this service. He made a snarky comment after, but whatever. They quickly washed my car, but missed a few spots. Fortunately one of the guys went back and took care of what they had missed. The next day, I noticed that my tail light is scratched! I’m not sure what to do, but I’m very frustrated and confused at how they could’ve scratched it.
Update:
After submitting a claim, customer service and Ivan (manager) contacted me quickly. I was able to bring my car in and Ivan took care of it. They rewashed it and were able to remove the scratches, though he insisted that there was no way their car wash could’ve scratched my car (there are other reviews with worse damage). After they fixed it, he then proceeded to insult me by saying that I need to take better care of my car. And recommended their car wash membership, of course. My last wash was not even two weeks ago AT THEIR LOCATION WHERE THE DAMAGE HAPPENED. I will not be back, but I appreciate that Ivan (almost) made things right.
There lube tech Micah was very polite and quick when he did a oil change on my Lexus. I would highly recommend going and seeing him. Certainly a hard worker and kind young man! Only place I bring my cars too. Would Highly recommend!
Great place for a carwash and for drinks! Greg was a big help and provided me with amazing service! Will definitely be coming here more often!
