a month agoGo here if you enjoy paying for mediocrity.I got the “full service” and my car was barely cleaned. It comes with “thorough vacuuming” (per their website) but half of my car was not vacuumed. And I don’t mean that they kinda vacuumed, I mean that the entire passenger side and back seats were not vacuumed at all. They only did the driver seat to pretend it was vacuumed. On the exterior, it was not fully dried and had some splashes of soap still on it.
They rush you out, so I noticed all of this when I got home. I went back and told them that there must have been a mistake because it was not vacuumed. They vacuumed again with no effort.. my car left, once again, half clean.
I decided not to waste my time trying with them and accept the fact that I wasted $30 and 30 minutes of my time. I recommend you save yourself the hassle.

Roberto knocked it out of the park and Dorian went out of his way to get the car detailed. Never seen my car as clean as I saw it when I picked up from Greenwich Auto Spa. Been there a few times since then, and the team there knocks it out of the park every single time. Just talk to Adam, Dorian or Roberto for anything you need from work on the car to paint to tint or just a quick wash!5 months agoGreenwich AutoSpa crashed my car into the wall. It’s literally insane that this is a legally operating business. They mistakenly put my car in drive it came rolling out of the car wash and hit the wall. Both the owner Dan and his mechanic roberto proceeded to lie to me about having parts for 5 weeks straight. They told me to come in twice but couldn’t show me parts when I arrived, wasting my time and gas. I finally dropped my car off without seeing the parts and they sent me a picture of it being worked on, and boxed up parts, and told me it would be finished today on a certain day, and then on that day they told me they were still waiting on parts (they sent me pics of someone else’s parts to get me off their back). They are never going to fix it, and now I have to go through insurance. They will lie straight to your face, they will ignore your every call and text, they will hold your car for as long as they want while they ignore you. P.S. they’ll respond to this saying my cars gear shifter is misaligned or my car switched itself into drive, more lies…Shut this place down.2 years agoThe service here is honestly impeccable. Not only are they diligent, for such great work I am always offered a fair price. The work is done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their car the be done.
