3 months agoAbsolutely amazing. I have a husky, malamut, and a new black interior. One half day trip and things were looking scary. I brought the truck in for a regular full-service int/ext wash n dry. The ladies somehow got 98% of the dog hair out, I couldn’t believe it. Great employees, tip them well!! I really appreciated their hard work!a week agoI have really tried to give this place several chances but it never fails….I am always left going back home and trying to finish what they started. Almost every time, I still have little kids finger prints on the inside of the windows. Today I had little fingerprints on the windows AND I could see the dirt line from where the wiper blades clean vs where they don’t reach. It doesn’t matter what package I upgrade to….it’s always the same. The staff is very friendly but after you sit for an hour you shouldn’t have to go home to finish the job.2 months agoGreat job inside and out at this specific location! Rob really took good care of my truck!!3 months agoEvery time we have come here in the past year it has taken over two hours to get my truck washed and detailed. I have tried different times of day and different days of the week, all to no avail. I’m currently waiting for my truck to be detailed, and I have watched the three people on shift skip my truck to go work on a smaller vehicle. Another person has been hand drying all of the vehicles that aren’t full service instead of detailing the ones in line.4 years agoFirst things first, I only came here because of Z Best Coupon book I have. I thought the crew did an okay job on my vehicle, but the service was prolonged. My vehicle sat for twelve minutes before they even started drying it. Overall I think they did an okay job, but I probably will continue to go to the car washes I like. The best part about my experience is as I am pulling into the lot Sparks PD is pulling a customer out their vehicle. For the next thirty minutes, this guy and Sparks PD were the centers of attention, that’s probably why it took the staff so long to get to my vehicle. For the number of customers there, I spent too much time waiting for my vehicle to be completeThought I would give them a second chance since I had one more coupon, same old BS. My vehicle was dry from sitting in the sun, and no one never got to it. After 49 minutes, I demanded a refund and left. Sergio was sitting inside like the great leader he is, rather than outside helping and leading those senior citizens. These people have zero organization skills and leadership. Never will return here.

2 months agoThey are prejudice against burners. They rope off the car wash so you can’t use it if you are coming with a vehicle from burning man.a month agoThe old man attendant is very rude. We took a RV to wash because this car wash is advertising for RVs. As soon as we pulled in he came to us and said “back out” Our RV is not muddy and it was just for a cleaning just like you normally do for your car. We had to find another car wash so we stayed for a couple of minutes and he was so bothered by us and kept saying “back out”. So disappointed.5 months agoAlways liked this car wash but the old man attendant is rude. He yelled at me for washing the bed of my truck out. There was nothing major in there, just some seeds from a tree in my yard. He said I can’t wash my bed there. There’s no signs posted about this. The signs says no excessive mud and no grease. The bed has none of that. Overall good carwash but that old man’s needs a talking to or fired. I will be taking my business elsewhere.3 years agoIt’s my favorite car wash ever. I’m a car enthusiast and have tried many washes. This place has quality upkeep! never had a problem in the last 4 years, spray options has a lot to offer including a dryer and wax option. The scrubber is always clean and in great condition. I highly recommend this place if you love your vehicle and enjoy that one on one time6 months agoGreat place to get your vehicle washed. I bought a wash card and depending on the amount of money you put on the card, you get extra free washes. I use the auto car wash and it does a good job getting my pickup clean. They have numerous car washes located around the city too.

Very great family owned car wash. Wished they had one in Utah ! Very nice service and hand drying. Highly recommended 👍🏽
They scammed me! I brought the car good inside and outside, the only reason we left the car is because we had tape, they convives us to do burning man wash because they are an experts, they charged 300$!! And look how they leave the tapes!! And now we have to pay an extra 300$ at the rental instead of give them the car with the tape and pay just one time 300$! Since the people couldn’t leave BM those guys wants money not matter what so they take your car but they don’t do what they promiss that’s why the charged on before!
Workers at buggy bath did a very meticulous job cleaning our car inside and out.
The only car wash place we go in Reno.

Do NOT go here. Horrible service. I got the “ultimate car wash” ($50, most expensive machine wash they offer, interior and exterior wash) and my truck came out looking worse than it did before I got it washed. I laughed when they waved their towel and said it was done. The truck wasn’t overly dirty before the wash, and by no means was a expecting a detail quality wash, I just expected the exterior to be clean and free of dirt! When i spoke to the manager, he said that the machine does not get ALL of the dirt off and that is why they wipe it down afterward. All he offered was to wipe the truck off again which I refused out of fear that the remaining dirt would scratch the vehicle. After seeing the truck once it was “done,” I’m positive that they probably scratched the truck while wiping it down the first time. Live and learn, but I do NOT recommend this business. The interior was Ok at best, they left wet leather conditioner in all of the cracks and dust on the dash. The windows were left with wet streaks, and cup holders weren’t touch at all. The carpets were vacuum is about all the good I can say. Cash grab and rush job is how I’d describe my experience.
Horrible wash and service. I don’t expect a detailed wash, but I do expect my truck clean. We have been coming here for years and it’s rapidly going downhill. This was the final visit. Spoke with who said they are “in charge” but refused money back or a real wash, offered to wipe the dirt off. So basically scratch my car. Then he walked away saying the machine doesn’t clean everything. Don’t waste your time and money!
