a month agoStole items out of my car & my car was still dirty. Manager told me there was nothing he could do. Do not use. Go to the other car wash in Hayward. I never had a problem with them.4 months agoVery quick and efficient operation, especially if just getting exterior wash. $16 for the most basic exterior wash with hand drying and tire shine is worth it in my opinion. My car was filthy and they didn’t miss a spot when drying the vehicle.If you know and are able to accept this is not a touchless car wash, then this place has incredible value (for exterior only, I didn’t try including interior but it was like an additional 15 just for them to wipe down the inside). They have prepaid monthly unlimited option that makes it worth it if you plan on washing at least twice per month.
3 months agoThink they do a great job! And if you find anything for them to go over again, they take care of it!!2 months agoFirst time here, and I’m super disappointed. I, however, only had the outside washed I handed them a $20.00 tip, then I noticed that the windows front and back needed a do over, and he said the water stains on the window would cost extra to clean since they were water stains from the wet car left overnight, dah isn’t that why I’m washing the car? I said I gave you a 20, and he said that has nothing to do with washing fees. I thought maybe he would at least show me the difference his point would make. It didn’t happen. Instead, his hungover self gave me attitude. He said he needed to use acid on the car to remove the stains. I freaked out! He further let me know this process would cost $10.00 per window. I will not be coming back. For the record, I spoke Spanish, and there was no language barrier here. I took the car to lexus to have them wash the car.2 years agoExcellent attention to detail, I bring all three of my Ford’s to this car wash and they can handle all of them from my low 2012 Mustang to my Lifted 2017 F-150. And don’t let me forget my wife’s new 2021 Explorer ST.

2 months agoPoor customer service. I’ve been here many times with only small issues. Have one large issue worth calling about. Spot free rinse didn’t work, and was told they didn’t believe me. Air dry not bad you may have to wipe alittle for complete dryness. Great customer service and car wash!
The only problem is employees should be on the same page about available discounts. One of them told me they have a discount on the first month if join their membership. Couple days later, another employee said they don’t have any discount like that but another discount is $5 for the first month of additional vehicle on the same account. The day after, they said they don’t have any promotions. I’ve only been there 3 times and heard 3 stories, not sure what’s going on.
But I still decided to join their membership because they do a good job on car wash and free vacuum station!
Shout to Will for helping me with my wash today! Been coming here for months/close to a year with 2 cars under my membership. The lines may get long at certain times, but the wash is fast. The self service vacuum stations also have microfiber towels to dry your car off after as well. Great and fast car wash! You can also get wet wipes/dashboard wipes if you ask the staff at the front.
I’ve had the pleasure of talking to Will & Jorga. They have always been very helpful and polite. Also knowledgeable about prices and packages and how to sign up for membership. When I finall sign up it will be because of them! Not to mention how dirty my vehicles get. Great customer service!
A friend recommended Quick Quack Car Wash to me and I love that i dont have to pay extra to vacuum my car, not like all the other car washes i have to make sure i have lots of quarters to pay to use their vacuum. Its good to know that the vacuum station is always free. So far this is the only car wash that i know of that offers that free service. And thats good to know.
