4 weeks agoReally weird traffic patterns between the services of gas wash and store, including no apparent rules of the road but at least nobody seems to obey them if they do exist. It’s weird but it works. The wash is quite good. They definitely have it organized to move a lot of traffic through in a short amount of time. The store has very good products and services including coffee that is made freshly ground every cup. Gas prices are generally competitive but with a membership and paying on a card they are unbeatable by why margin even at Costco.5 months agoBrought my car to be be detailed after having used this service in the past and had a positive experience. I asked them to focus on a specific area that had a coffee spill. I noticed that the odor from the coffee spill remained upon completion. I was informed by the employee that I would have to purchase additional “odor removing” services to remove the odor. The carpet was never cleaned in the spillage area upon closer examination. It was still crusty. I am now home carpet cleaning the area as it should have been done previously. Please see photo of dirty carpet cleaner water.Update: Now that I have completed the carpet cleaning, there is no longer a smell of coffee. It reaffirms that the area was never cleaned. It’s also disturbing that they tried to bilk me out of additional monies. Will never use service again and recommend accordingly.
4 months agoI was very pleased with the detail service I got at this Delta Sonic. Both employees I spoke to were patient, willing, and helpful. One of the employees, Tyre Jenkins, went above and beyond what I expected. He took the time to address remaining concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the work that was done.a week agoI had my car detailed recently and the detailer (Richard) at the Irondequoit location did a really good job! Keep up the good work😊3 weeks agoWent to delta sonic for a car inspection got there at 10am was told it would be a hour wait never got out of there until 1:45 I know they aren’t making any thing off of inspections but if that’s the case then don’t do them did period! The exterior wash was quite nice but for spending over $160 on an interior detail I’m quite disappointed for the super poor quality. Looks as if they just did a quick wipe down with a towel.2 months agoI have the monthly detail package and usually am not impressed with their work. I have always felt that management needs to train and supervise their staff more efficiently to gain better customer satisfaction. Yesterday, I went to the Irondequoit location to get my detail work done and added the Ceramic gloss they were promoting. My car was out within minutes and they performed a terrible job. I had an appointment so I could not wait to have it redone. I spoke with Joe the Manager who agreed they did not do a good job. He asked me to come back to have the work repeated. After my appointment, I went to the Greece detail shop which is closer to home. I spoke with Sam the Manager about the situation and he delivered service to with the ultimate excellence. His customer service was amazing and he did the job himself. My car was spotless and I left there extremely satisfied. Sam is an asset to Delta Sonic and a perfect example for any employee to follow. Thanks Sam! 😊3 months agoI feel like I over paid at 1st glance it looks ok but after I really inspected my truck it should have been cleaned a lot better for $215 this was my 1st time getting a detailed interior cleaning and it will be my last it’s not worth it

2 hours agoHave previously used Delta sonic and was satisfied. Today, very much not satisfied. Busy, over an hour wait, I get that. Hour and a half later, called to check “finished” vehicle. GMC Acadia with 3rd row. Upcharged for 3rd row. Seats unvacuumed. Inner walls not wiped or steamed as was advertised in service. Rear hatch weather tech liner not vacuumed or wiped. Underneath not vacuumed. Dirty everywhere. Shoddy, incomplete job. They need to do more thorough, better job.
Really unhappy with the car wash here for two reasons- the blower does not completely dry the car, and there’s soapy water on the car after the was and soap stains all over the car. It was doing a good job on my sedan previously, but for a SUV, it doesn’t completely dry. Staffs are friendly and the place us great.
My husband and I both took our cars for oil changes today at Delta Sonic in West Henrietta Road. We drove up with no appointment and were both able to get our oil changed simultaneously (with side by side bays). It felt like some weird but cool date! 😂 We had three clearly very experienced, and upbeat technicians named Henry,David, and Taj service our cars. They took off $10 for my husband’s total charge and $5 off of mine. They also gave each of us a free car (wash which was great!) After the car wash the attendant gave us one more free car wash each to use within 5 days. What great deals in addition to a phenomenal oil change experience. You must go to Delta Sonic! It’s a truly excellent experience.
Yesterday I took my nephew’s car to the West Henrietta location for an oil change. I didn’t have an appointment but was able to get right in. Jay, Brett and Ryan took good care of me. They were pleasant, professional and very efficient. I then used the free super kiss car wash that came with the oil change. I also took advantage of the on-site detail service. Everything was great.
Really disappointed with the interior detailing. Asked them to get rid of the cigarette smell in the car. I wasn’t anticipating it to be perfect but they didn’t even clean the ashtray of ashes. Needless to say the car still reaks of smoke. Charged $84 dollars to “detail” the car. What a joke. Never use this company to detail your car. If there was a 0 star it would be zero or negative.
