2 months agoSTOLE CHANGE/MONEY I HAD IN MY CAR.. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. DON’T BOTHER COMING HERE!I’ve been coming here the last decade and in the past I’ve had wonderful service but the last few times we’ve gotten our vehicles washed here the service has been terrible. This last time, they did a horrible horrible job. Marks still all over our seats, bug still on my dashboard. It was right before closing time on Saturday at 2pm, they were rushing and trying to get everyone’s car cleaned. Still doesn’t make it okay. Once I get in my car and inspect everything I noticed the pile of quarters I had in the cup holder that I JUST moved to that cup holder are all gone. All I see are Pennie’s and dimes. I had maybe $3 in quarters. I know you’re probably thinking it’s just quarters, BUT ITS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE MATTER. THEY STOLE. It could have easily been stacks of 100s there. So now I know thieves work at this location. Not just thieves, but lazy thieves who don’t like doing their job. It’s a shame. We gave this company a lot of money over the years and I’ve always posted photos online with the company tagged so my friends and family knew where to go. But I’m never going back to this location and I’m warning everyone online to reconsider before coming here, because what happened was completely unacceptable.

From the time I arrived Anderson greeted me, and I knew I was in good hands! Colleen at the register was also Georgia professional and I feel also those discounts. All the workers are professional and put together, and work as well oiled machine. I will return no doubt whatever I need to have my car detailed, especially with top notch service.a month agoI’m leaving this review so some thought can be placed on how they want to run packages. I subscribed for unlimited car washes. I pay for two cars and each month they take out $60+ out my account no problem. I want to know why if I choose to utilize this service for UNLIMITED car washes why am I questioned on why I choose to go to the line for a second time when I feel like my car isn’t cleaned enough? They have incorporated a new self cleaning station for bug removal. Which is fine a lot of car washes have this option but seeing as I pay each month to have the service of getting my car cleaned if I choose not to use the self clean service I feel like I shouldn’t be told in a rude manner that “we charge extra to clean bugs I’ll do it free for today”. By all means have the workers step aside and no longer scrub or spray my car. But it wasn’t just this one incident I’m constantly questioned on why I’m utilizing the service I pay for. To be Frank I chose this car wash cause it’s much closer to home and minus some workers most of them are very polite and I want to add my my fiancé to this package but I’m not gonna shell out $90+ a month if I’m going to made feel like an annoyance for coming to the line again. Im here to simply get my car cleaned. So Again maybe a regroup on how you want to create these packages so that it suits your reason of service. And let the customers decide if it’s worth spending it on based on that decision. Until then I’d just like to utilize the service I pay for

5 years agoThis was my first time here, I chose the $20 Wash with hot wax. As we’re going through you can see each section, as we got up to the hot wax section absolutely nothing came out, I paid $20 for soap and water? Then when we pulled up to the self vacuum and walked around my car I was very upset to see that my tire rims were still dirty (See the photo’s I posted). Also there were little yellow (I’m assuming bird poop) that was STILL on a few parts of my car. I am very disappointed because I would of done it myself if I had known it would of not cleaned and waxed what I paid for?!9 months agoThis wash does deserve a 5 ⭐️but unfortunately as of January the owner decided to stop having wash & interior cleaning as a package without notifying monthly paying customers . We love the staff and the work they do, but there are so many new car washes in the area there is no reason why we would go out of our way to come down here anymore. I’m sorry to the staff that depends on our tips & having to answer to all of us. I had To revacuum, and they smoke weed out in the open. It Doesn’t bother me that they do!! but when you give a horrible service could that be the reason why. Btw the way the pic are the after pic. Didnt do before as you still can see Dirt on my car10 months agoThe worst customer service ever. The front desk girl should at least have manners while speaking with customers. She was so unprofessional to the point that I didn’t want my car to be washed anymore and was told she could not cancel my transaction. So my simple car wash ended up costing me 30.00 unreal. Called the office on Monday no supervisor, called back on Tuesday no supervisor. Who can help me?? What business does not have a supervisor on duty?

They were very good and detailed. They do struggle with pet hair and would benefit from rubber brushes for those issues. However, if you don’t have that issue then no worries. I definitely recommend!!! They did a wonderful job. I will be visiting again.
Paid $91 plus tax for the wash and full treatment. I repeatedly told the gentleman that took my order. I just wanted a wash and vacuum. He said I understand but you need this package because of bugs on the bumper. He assured me everything will look as it should (NEW)2023 with 590 miles. They left my cup holder dirty, multiple spots missed on the exterior and interior, no air freshener, windows were still dirty, didn’t wipe down the door jams, interior doors were still dirty near the bottom from the kids shoes. I’m not coming back.
The only reason why am giving this place a 2 is because the guy that takes your orders was very nice and tried to make things better for me. After he my order/ I had a Groupon in which he instructed me to show the cashier, who was not helpful and became rude, telling me to figure it out and went to the next customer. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, the worst part was when they told me that my car was ready, I left the carpets at home since I figured they weren’t going to vacuum underneath, to my surprise the carpets looked like they weren’t even touched, my car was still dirty, I asked to speak to the manager, who was the guy taking the orders, I asked him if he thought it was acceptable in the work that I had done. He had them re-vacuum it, and clean it using the polish which should of been done in the first place. Very poor quality work. Will not be going back.
I would honestly would love to leave a good review, but after I got my service my car didn’t even look as clean I expected. They cracked my window glass and didn’t take no type of responsibility afterwards. I put in a report and still have no answer back. My whole car window has a huge crack.
So normally I do my own car washes. However, I decided I was short on time as I was heading to Miami for the weekend and I swung in to get a car wash. It was quite a bit of a wait time which is expected on the weekend but what wasn’t expected was when I finally got my car. After waiting all that time. I couldn’t even see the car to see how clean it was because there was everyone around me with the other doors of other cars pushed up against my car. Not touching but so close that my finger couldn’t slide between. So with that said I wasn’t able to take a look at what they did and how nice it was until I left. When I stopped to get gas I noticed the rims were not done at all like completely at all. And I paid for the upgraded wash to do the inside of the car in the door jams and what not and none of them were wiped down. I called and asked them about the rims and told them I was on my way out but I could take a picture and send it to them. The woman on the phone who claims she wasn’t The owner didn’t even know if rims were included with the tropical wash. So basically with that said I spent $40 and came home and had to touch up the car and do the rims which took me an hour. Which the rims are included in that package, They always do them when I do take it there. Won’t be going back here again. Especially since I never heard back from the company. Might want to try the car wash on US1 instead. They at least stand by their work.
