The staff was fantastic, the prices were very competitive, and they have a new client; I recommend them for your car detailing cleaning needs.2 weeks agoWithin the car wash industry of broward this people are incomparable for their price and service. They remember and take care of their revolving customer, tends to get packed on weekends. Air pressure hoses are available at every vacuum station at no extra charge with should be a must at any car wash to clean dust off tight and small places. Prices are very reasonable and again the service you get is not only very friendly but +A quality. Don’t get fooled by the small building look from the outside. Omar is awesome, as he always makes sure my car is well taken care of every single time I go. They do an awesome job detailing and I love the idea that they pay close attention to detail! Check them out you won’t regret it.2 months agoHands down worst customer service!!!!! Totally arrogant managemnt… I went on Labor Day and they closed early. No signs in place to indicate them doing so. The vacuum turned off as I was working on the passenger side front and back I asked what was happening and with disgruntled demeanor the manager said they’re closed and not turning the machine back on. They knew the customers were there and said nothing. On return of the next morning to complete the task they were late and opened after 8am. When I asked one manager what time are they opening, he acted as if we woke up together and responded with a nasty attitude. “I’m just getting here Its opening “!!! Im a monthly subscriber at least I’d expect to be treated with some sort of gratitude. Last time I checked customers kept the doors open not just employees. To the owner of this establishment I suggest that you do some ghost shopping to see how your customers are being treated. This is not my first time being treated rudely. Today and last night were exceptional and I had to post this review. Do better!! To many car washes, as you’d probably suggest I’ll be taking my subscription else where!! Thanks but no thanks👎👎👎👎

a week agoI have been happily receiving wash and detail services from Sparkling Image for well over 8 years now, -long before the name change. There is a location closer to my home, but the staff at this location has my heart. 🥰 There’s never a time where I’m not greeted and welcomed with a smile, along with friendly conversation, and silly banter from my favorites. I’d be remiss to not stress the fact of EVERYONE here is 💯 A+++ in service, but I have to give a special shout to Andres, Diego, and Christian. They are usually my 1st point of contact upon arrival. I’m grateful for the care and attention they put into making sure my service exceeds my satisfaction. Thoughtful, and kind enough to never fail asking how things are in my personal world. Adding an extra touch of humanity to what some may consider just a routine weekly task, simply “getting a car wash”. 🙏🏽☺️Thank you all for being so wonderful, and often brightening my day with your smiles and care. Highly recommend5 months agoThe Ultimate Detail really made the car feel new inside and out. The leather feels better with the clean and conditioning. No swirls after the exterior work. A lot of TLC went into getting the perfect look.a month ago10/10 service!!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great car wash spot. I scratched the side of my car and was referred to Andres and his team here to buff and wash. I’m more than happy with the results. Great customer service and super quick!! Thank you Andres!!!! You and your team were greatin the last weekDecent machines but the wait times are too long here. You will wait an average of a 30-45 min or more where you sit in your car. They vacuum the cars all in front before the wash and make the line long while the machine to wash the car stays idle and everybody sits waiting. It’s a ridiculous set up. Canceled my membership as I can get a hand car wash for almost the same price and time spent waiting.

I love this place. The service is great and very detailed oriented. They guarantee your satisfaction but the best part is being able to wait inside a nice cafe, being greeted with a smile and have everything you need for the car at hand to be able to buy it.
I got the bumper to bumper service and it exceeded my expectations. I feel like it’s a brand new car

When I tell you I’m SPEECHLESS, literally SPEECHLESS at the service and quality they put into detailing inside and outside my car. She looks brand new right off the lot! I’ll be taking mine and my husbands cars here from now on! No more gas station car washes!
Original post: Very nice place to get your car washed! The owner is super friendly and attentive, wanting to give you the best service they offer! Their cafe is cozy and welcoming as well if you want a coffee while you wait for your car to be detailed! Will update when they finish!
I had an incredible experience with this car wash company! The service was truly top-notch, leaving my car super clean and looking brand new. What truly stood out was their exceptional customer service – the staff was friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued customer. I can confidently say this is the best car wash I’ve ever been to, and I’ll definitely be returning for their amazing service and outstanding customer care.
Car wash cafe provides fair and great quality work. Their detailing work is adequate for the correct price. I think the bumper to bumper detailing was a little expensive I think I could have taken the lesser of the selections but over all I was satisfied with the work completed. Would recommend anyone to go. Be mindful on which detailing work you are selecting.
This car wash is so amazing family oriented. The whole staff is very professional and loving. Will help you if it’s a problem very affordable my car looks amazing. I have twin five year old girls so you can imagine what my car looks like. They brought it back to life inside and out.
