8 months agoI just went to this Mister car wash on Fairmont Pkwy not even an hour ago and for the second time their car wash machine has broken a part off my car, the antenna is a standard part on a car and their machine is to rough, last time I went it ripped off my roof mounted brake light. Do not ever go here if your like your car because it will get damaged, of course they will not do anything about it because they have a sign saying they are not responsible for damages. The after math of taking a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage here. they must not do maintenance on cleaning their machines as you can see all the scratches the car wash made on our car today, there is many many more scratches other than the ones in the images. Really appreciate her help and kindness!2 months agoThrowback into 2020 I got my first car and my 1st wash here. What a memories it’s been like almost 3 years ago. And I came back again for my 3rd wash from 11 months ago and the BlueWave attendant they try to sell me the unlimited membership plans for starting price $14.95 I don’t wash as much they close at 8:00pm i used to work closer by here but I leave work later than 8:00pm when I tried to get my car wash, but it was closed when I came like around 9:00 maybe if I would’ve gone to wash my car before my work shift earlier than 4 to 5 o’clock and I never had time to vacuum i’m always in a rush.a month agoCheyenne was great! 🚨Heads up. I went to the new car wash on Fairmont to check it out since it a free wash really nice by the way but sadly the machines broke my side mirror very disappointed and to top it up they won’t be responsible for any damages since my car is a 2016. They won’t fix any car below age 5 years smh. Not coming back nor signing up any membership.

Came in for a quick wash, and they were having a fundraiser. So we got a free wash with a donation, you didn’t have to leave one, but I did. Everything seemed to work fine. The wash did a good job. Can’t complain, they have complementary towels, so that is a plus!! The pressurized air was not working when I came in, that was a little important. I love using the tool because it truly helps with the cleaning process. Recommend this place for sure. The only thing I did not like was the uniforms… This is Texas… Do not make your employees stand out aide in long sleeves and pants! I understand that the white long sleeves can help with reflecting the sun… But come on… At least give them cargos .

Had a long wait… two cars went ahead of me that arrived after me. They only had one person working outside and another lady just sitting in the office. So much for a “quick” car wash. The lady outside told me she can’t keep track of who comes first… maybe if you actually pay attention and stop flirting with customers you could keep track.
