3 months agoGreat Place with Fair prices, quality equipment and the Best Vacuum and Compressed Air Cleaning Hoses. I have tried all the other Car washes around the past 11 years. This place is tops. They also have a Camarillo Location as well.a year agoThe experience I have was magnificent, there tire black run out and employee was help me to clean and support was extremely magnificent very supportive , I definitely recommend this place to visit to all my friends, to clean there car as expected7 months agoI’ve been going to water drops for the past 6 months. , unfortunately The detail to the wash is not very good. It completely misses the back and quite a bit on other parts of the car including wheels. However the people there are very very nice and helpful as well. 5 minute speed wash in Simi Valley did absolutely excellent and they should take a lesson from them.5 months agoEverything was fine one air hose was loosing pressure no one there was super fast2 months agoLast week when I got a car wash there was a film all over my car in the windows too. 2 years agoPaid for the most expensive package you can get, this was the results. You can see where their machine cleaned and all the stuff they missed. Prior to entering car wash I asked if it being a Jeep would be okay for their machine. Which the lady attendant stated yes it wouldn’t be issue.Yes I don’t expect it to be spotless since it’s a machine wash but nevertheless they missed over 1/3 of the vehicle. When I complained I was offered a rewash for free, and you guessed it same results. A refund would’ve been nice, but apparently since I went through two times in their eyes that was sufficient.
Moral of the story if you have a truck, Jeep or big SUV don’t go here. I would’ve done a better job at home with a hose, seeing how I can at least get my back windshield and mirrors.
6 months agoAngel an employee here always helps me out to dry my car& wheels . He’s the ONLY one who ever does that. Sometimes when I come he’s not here but whenever he is he always takes care of helping me out with that and it’s honestly really nice. More employees like him please !!a year agoPaid $18 for a wash that guaranteed tire shine but did not happen. Another thing is, I’m not sure if it’s common with this particular carwash business, the mirrors to help align our wheels to go in is so small that we have to lean forward and squint to get a better view. There’s only one guy pre-washing out front, would prefer 2 persons, each on both sides. And lastly, did not get a really good clean on my truck exterior. Had to wipe whatever spots was missed by hand. I noticed this problem on most of the vehicles that went through that same day I went.2 years agoExcellent for the price and the staff is incredible, they won’t charge you more if you’re driving a SUV either. Only thing for me was that the roof of my Jeep Compass did not get completely cleaned and there were streaks on my rear windscreen.11 months agoI pay almost $40 a month for car wash services. The past four months I’ve told them that the first blue scrub cylinder on the right hand side after you enter the wash does NOT even touch car. The Last dryer cylinder on the left hand side doesn’t even touch the car. I’ve told FOUR different staff there but they don’t take any corrective action. I’m going to spread the word about this and I’ll be quitting my membership.

It was a big disappointment paid $17 Carwash looked awful maybe even worse than before the car wash, and I drive a nice car very disappointed but on the other hand, the vacuums were excellent the best vacuums I used at a car wash ever that’s why i gave two stars. Other than that it would have been zero. Stars
After a year and a half of membership and automatic monthly payment, I decided to cancel because of always lack of cleanliness or water spots. Please note it was extremely difficult to cancel my membership. I am a senior citizen. I went online. I talk to people over the phone and I actually spoke to people at the car wash, and my dispute was not settled because I did not have proof of cancellation.. Please be careful with this company.
Something has changed at this car wash. It used to be the best. Last two visits, car came out streaked as if from dirty brushes in the wash. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, they would offer for you go back through. Yesterday, the “manager” had a big attitude over the streaks, saying they were all on the inside of the windshield, but he didn’t comment on the hood streaks. After a not so friendly conversation, he had me run it through again. Still streaks, not as bad, but not a good wash for $20.00. I’ve been gong to this wash for five years. After yesterday’s encounter with the manager, I’ll go down the road to the competitor.
This place washes my car better than any car wash I’ve been to here in Oxnard. I totally recommend this place
I brought my Ford SUV here for the first time, the wash was actually pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. I did remove my antenna in advance because they had a warning about possible damage to it, and I didn’t want to risk anything happening.
