2 years agoDo not use this car wash!!! The auto wash bay machine is very old. It came off the tracks and destroyed the side of my vehicle. The owners also don’t want to take responsibility for it. Here’s some pictures of the sprayers that broke off while digging into my vehicle.a year agoBeware of this place, don’t use the credit card. They overcharge your card. I’m sure I stopped the car wash before it reached $5 and they charged me $7.25 I think the owner assumes no one is going to check the statement for such a small transaction.a year agoNot a very big car wash with the fancy new gadgets but I like it because it is well maintained also clean I am able to wash my car and clean it good10 months agoThey over charged my debit card, machine said $6.50 when I stopped it. This is the best car wash in the area with $10 wash you have free talking for vacuum.
Went through the automatic car wash, new car with new tires. One of my tires became completely flat 20 minutes after using the car wash. Plus I purchased the membership. Completely disappointed. Now I have to either pay for a tire fix/ buy a whole new tire. Even with the DIAMOND wash, my car still looked dirty. Hopefully someone can resolve this issue with me or figure out what went wrong.
I spent $10 for such terrible service that I had to leave before getting a car wash. After paying $10 at the pay machine, the arm to go through went up but I couldn’t pull forward due to another car in front. 2 attendants yelled at me to pull forward, I did the best I could, then 3 attendants were yelling for me to pull back. While I’m reversing they’re each yelling different directions at me. Someone then told me to pull over to the parking lot to wait. I left because I was done being yelled at.
The New Britain locale is the absolute worst. Of the four times I’ve taken my vehicle, twice it comes out with soap still on it. Once I couldn’t get the card reader to work and notified an employee, whom never returned to talk to me. A few minutes later, a different and very rude employee came out and told me that his manager had told him that this is the third time I’ve been here today and was just trying to get over, which was absolute nonsense because I had just arrived there for the first time. I had to set the dude straight and tell him that his manager had no idea what he was talking about. I’ll never go there again.
It’s hit or miss here. Lately my car does not come out clean. I buy the platinum washes and it seems that sometimes I don’t get the wash I pay for. They only sometimes prewash the car and barely at that. I had one guy yell at me to pull up as I was putting money in the tip box. There were no cars behind me. I yelled back asking if he wanted a tip. He didn’t care. The free vacuums are a good deal and of course the people who help at the pay machine are great.
