2 months agoWe stopped into Camps for a car wash after our drive to Nashua from PEI, Canada and were very impressed with the service. The lady who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time our kids went through a car wash like this, and they thought it was great! definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean car, and friendly service4 months agoI have been going to this wash for about a year and a half now and I have never had a bad experience the workers treat you with the upmost respect and greet you with nothing but smiles wouldn’t take my business anywhere else5 months agoEasy in and out. 5 years agoTerrible ! In fact their equipment is dated and strands of their wash mops that touch and wipe the car were wearing off real bad and no one seems to care. Even the guy who wipes dry the car post wash does such a crappy job that my car is always wet with sloppy water stains on windshield and glass…forget about drying the car.Just cancelled my membership! Found multiple scratches on my car and the owner won’t admit damage. Be careful and check your car after each wash, take pictures before and after wash if you suspect as the owner will never accept fault and that’s what my insurance also told me how reckless owners never have enough to cover these incidents.

2 months agoI had a little trouble with the touchless car wash. I called the main phone # on Amherst St to report the prob. They said someone will arrive in 10 minutes. Sure enough someone came right away and even upgraded my car wash at no extra cost. Thank you Mike! Who also happens to be the owner. He got there quickly, arrived with a smile, fixed my problem & turned my frown upside down. Such a nice guy! I will go back!a month agoWorst car wash I’ve ever paid for in my life. I threw 20 dollars in the trash. It didn’t even remove the dust that was on the car’s paint. the water is in no hurry. the washing that was paid for was the ultimate8 months agoYou get the same treatment as going to the car wash near fun world. You even get to pick and choose which settings you want to come out of the pressure hose.So it can be expensive or inexpensive. I did the whole experience according to the instructions cost me 4x$5 card swipes get you 5 minutes for 5 dollars.

a year agoGreat car wash. Not too busy. Actually accepts cards. Only place I bring my bike.10 months agoI have a full-size SUV 2023 Tahoe, and the dryer does not run long enough to dry my vehicle. I only dries about half. Also, on the back door, nothing gets cleaned. I don’t know if the sprayers shut off too early. These are my big complaints.

Stopped into have my car washed with the pull through. First time stopping in and the car wash ended up pushing my car into the vehicle in front of me, causing damages to the grille on my car. Asked for some reimbursement for the damages and was ignored for 2 weeks before being told they will not be providing compensation. This is an extremely poor example of a business. I will definitely not be recommending this place to any of my friends or any of my customers. Do your selves a favor and find another place with better business practices.
(Side note)the wash was less than adequate.
I have been coming to this location for years. You recently changed to a drive thru facility and the service is unacceptable. They put the wrong oil in my truck and though changed it and put the correct oil in, the Manager Gabriel, refused to give me a refund. I spent $87.98 on an oil change that could have damaged my vehicle. I expect exceptional service if I’m paying nearly $90. The oil cap even states 5W30 and the manager continued to argue with me that the right oil was put in even though the receipt says 5W20. How can someone continue to argue when the receipt says he’s wrong! And then had the audacity to tell me not to be so emotional. When I told him i was going to contact corporate, proceeded to mumble “Corporate can’t help you here”. This who you hire to manage your facility and work on vehicles worth $50k+ vehicle and I’m not supposed to get emotional?
I went in this morning to vacuum out the family car. I grabbed a hand full of quarters and put them in the vacuum. It turned on but no suction. While it was running I walked over to the car wash and told the attendant. I was told they would get manager. I then moved and tried a different vacuum. It worked well and I vacuumed all three rows of my land Rover. 30 minutes later as I’m trying to pull away I’m assuming a manager comes over. Instead of giving me a refund and letting me leave he went to the vacuum and attempted but failed to get it open. Not planing on waiting any longer I left. Just keep in mind that they never placed an out of order sign on the dead vacuum. As I was leaving I was told it’s been down before and they just left it.
I like the car wash that still let you do it all yourself quarters = for how long you will be doing it yourself. At this particular DIY it is $2 = 2 mins. I’m not sure but I think inflation has even affected this factor
BUYER BEWARE
We just brought our car in on a Friday to get an interior detail and an air cabin replacement before going away for the weekend with plans to pick it up Sunday.
Well, they waited until last minute to do it clearly because it’s Wednesday of the next week and my car interior windows have condensation everywhere because it didn’t have time to dry.
They also popped out our glove box and didn’t put it back in correctly. When my wife asked about this they were extremely rude and were probably hoping to take advantage of a small woman. Completely brushed her off and said it was like that.
I called the place when she told me this and they said they would get back to me once they contacted the owner. This was Sunday. Today is Wednesday and nothing.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. THEY DON’T DESERVE A PENNY.
Honestly I should have charged back through the credit card company because we feel completely ripped off. I’m typing this in wet clothes after driving the car regretting not shopping this out.
