a week agoKaweenie recommended Vic’s Express Car Wash and Detail Center to get the Toyota Corolla a nice scrub inside and out. Boy oh boy I was impressed! It was hard to believe this was my car.I wish I took a before picture, however rest assured the staff here are extremely talented, friendly, and hard working. They can get rid of any stain or gunk from those tight crevices in between your seats. 💺
I pulled in and they were so kind to help guide me since it was my first time here. You wait inside where they have magazines and greeting cards for you to browse through.
Despite it being extremely busy they were able to take care of me in under an hour. Holy cow 🐮 I was amazed. I definitely recommend this place if you need a good detail done on your vehicle for a great price. Thank you so much for your hard work and services because I for sure left with a smile on my face. 😊👍🏽🚗✨
in the last weekThey did an excellent job cleaning my car inside and out. The even got the black rubber scrape off of my white bumper from my garage door hitting it. The service is fast and easy. a month agoI went through the car wash on Saturday 09/02/23. The conveyor belt stopped working mid-carwash. There were several cars inside at the time and we all had to figure out way out. I was supposed to receive a refund for $10 which still hasn’t happened although the card wash attendant says they refunded my card. Not true! This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had with this car wash and I assure you it’ll be my last. They last time it was a poor quality inside cleaning of my car. I don’t recommend Fuller Car wash on Ogden in Aurora. It’s a cheap wash but the service end is lacking. They’ve apparently decided to keep my $10. These are not reputable people.2 months agoDO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE, BAD SERVICE AND THEFT.Went in for a wash and $90 detailing service. My car was returned to me barelt vacuumed and with an unpleasant smell. To top it off, after I got to Aldi I realized ALL of my change was missing from my center console. I called and spoke to the manager, he said the worker said there was only a little change there and it was sticky so he vacuumed it up. This is not true, there were several dollars in change there and it was not sticky. I explained this to the manager and was just told “well I didn’t see it”.
Also, they “vacuumed” but gave my car back looking like this.
4 months agoI’ve been looking for a place that offers a basic full-service car wash ever since Paul and Bill’s in Aurora changed hands and went downhill. After going to this Fuller’s yesterday, I can say that this is not the place. The pricing is not straightforward on the screen when you drive up for the exterior car wash, and the clerk charged me $20 to wash 4 floor mats and then didn’t tell the workers to wash them. I almost left before realizing they weren’t done. Today I took my husband’s car to Tower Car Wash in Batavia, and they did his 4 mats for $5 total. A much better experience all the way around.a year agoGuys are crooks, unfair business practices. I signed up for carwash on a rental I had for 3 weeks. When I signed up I specifically asked and told them it’s a rental and I want to sign up for just a month the lady who took my information said no problem we will just cancel it next month and it’s $9.99 for unlimited wash. I signed up thinking it’s $9.99 but saw a charge for $14.99 on my card I really didn’t care extra $5 they changed me. Here a month later I am looking @ my credit card statement and I see $34.99 charge!!! I go to the store told the whole story the guy behind the register tell me the card was charged 4 days ago and nothing he can do but to just keep using the service I told him it was a rental I signed up just for a month and it’s supposed to be $9.99 to begin with he was not helpful cancel the membership but refused to refund. UNETHICAL PEOPLE & BUSINESS more of a SCAM4 months agoRun away!!! These guys forgot to put the skid plate back on after oil change and left their rags on the motor. Had to drive all the way back, since we noticed after we got home. Had tires rotated and never saw the truck get off the ground!! Don’t think that happened either. But charged $127 !! Never again.
